After a long drive in an U-Haul and coming in to get the storage unit set up, the older gentleman at the front desk was very kind and thorough to answer any questions I had. The price is affordable for climate controlled and having rolling carts accessible was great for unloading.

They were very polite and helpful when I was trying to find a place to rent. they worked with me and made me comfortable working with them. The best service when I went to check in to pay for storage unit. She couldn't of been any nicer and helpful. I really appreciate all their kindness and understanding. AWESOME PEOPLE

I have rented at Trindle Self Storage for about 8 years before deciding to end my contract and move my belongings closer to home and at a reduced cost to me. The facilities are clean and well managed but I found that spending the extra money and time to get there not worth staying any longer. I will definitely come back if my new arrangements prove not to be worth it.

I don't have much of an experience yet. I just moved into my unit a few days ago but it looks clean and it has nice wide aisles where the units are and it's easy to get into and out of very clean.

It was great! Very easy to rent the locker and felt very secure in the location and everything. The gate code was also an added security bonus.

So easy! Units are clean and monitored! I felt my items were safe and I had no problem with communication! Convenient location too!

I had a great experience it was very clean and secure. Only problem I had was how expensive it got in 3 years my price went up by about $45. But I understand that is because the cost of living has went up!

I would absolutely 100% recommend this location over and over again. The manager took care of us on a Saturday and Sunday when we were in a pinch for 2 units. Cory checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed and is an absolutely awesome person to talk to and very much down to earth.
Their prices are absolutely competitive and they are easily accessible. Location is gated and close to 81, 76, War College and local stores and much more.

I started online, I remember the original person who called me about e-signing papers was super nice & friendly. Also when I stopped in the office to give my payment info & I believe to also get my gate code bc I couldn’t find the email with it in, that guy was super friendly & helpful as well. I emailed when I cleaned out my unit bc I kept forgetting to call (busy schedule, work nights, so it was easier to email) & the guy called & left me a voicemail that everything was taken care of. The facilities themselves are super clean & well kept, definitely felt my belongings were safe at all times as well.

Cheyanna was above and beyond amazing she was so friendly and sweet she explained everything got me leased and all set up she's is amazing at her job the way she is with people will make anyone come back again!!!

This location is fantastic, the people that work here are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The facility is clean and well maintained. I priced the location and reserved a 10x 20 unit. The manager called me within 10 minutes to make sure everything was taken care of. They are professional and I will use them for all my needs. To everyone who works here Great Job!! 😉

Friendly and helpful staff. I felt comfortable after a few minutes of talking to him. Base
on my experience before on two different storage, (few yrs ago) I did not really expecting this kind of excellent customer services. My thoughts was "they are all the same". I was wrong. Communication between your staff was the same. I didn't feel like that I've been rip off. The front desk guy was really helpful. He made sure that I understood the agreement and the payment method.
