We came all the way from nyc looking for a specific car, but the dealership turned out to have sold it already. We decided to not leave empty handed and called Lawrence Chevrolet and they answered right away and were very efficient. When we got there we looked through a couple Tahoes until we found the perfect one. We had a certain price in mind and Adam who was our salesmen delivered. While we were going through the process there came up an issue with the insurance but Florence the Business manager and Adam stayed even after closing time to help us out. I can’t describe just how thankful I am, so in short I completely recommend them.

My car broke down last Saturday and had to get my car towed to Lawrence Chevy. They were closed by the time I got there... No issues there. This past Monday, I got a call from Rick and I explained the situation at hand. Rick was absolutely amazing. After exchanging thoughts, he explained that there was a good chance that they might be not able to get to my car till next week, but would call me to notify me if things sped up. Well, I get a call on Tuesday (I think lol) for him to tell me they diagnosed the issue and would be able to get to it that day. Rick and his team were extremely thorough and professional. Thanks for getting my baby back to me in one piece!

They were very understanding of my needs and helped me buy the vehicle I wanted. Dropped off car at 10:30. Rick the service dude said it would be ready around 2 or 3. He would give a call. By 3 I hadn't received a call so I went to the dealership and the car was not ready, but Rick said it would only be another 15 or so min. I waited in lounge another 45 min. When Rick finished the paperwork he apologized for the delay and said no charge. That's what a call good customer service!

Great place, rick he was great answered all of our questions and even dealt with the warranty company. I've heard that line before they are just stealerships. Not this one great work and reasonably priced too. Rick you deserve a raise, tell them I sent ya

All services I requested were done in a quick and timely manner. I waited in the comfortable clean customer waiting room. Truck was washed, service completed all within an hour. Great experience! Professional service advisors. One of the best experiences yet. As always. I am very happy with the Lawrence dealership. Thanks again to Ken Kohr for selling me this truck a few years ago. We love it!

Iman and the rest of the staff are amazing. Iman made the experience nice and listen to all of the things that I wanted in my new car. She was very accommodating also.

I went to this dealership after a very bad experience with another dealership on the same day. I had very low expectations. I ended up feeling like no one tried to sell me anything, but instead listened to what I wanted and needed in a car. I felt like they did everything possible to make the experience as seamless as possible. In the end I was very happy with my experience and my new car.

A girl of being in the car business and always worked for Toyota and owned Toyota’s, went to Lawrence Chevy bc my son found a truck there. It was a great experience from the start! Bobby the sales man was great with my 22 yr old son. I went the next day and met Bobby our salesman, Camron the sales manager, Austin the finance mgr and they were all very nice. I would highly recommend these guys! They did a great job! The dealership is super clean, nice and a large selection of inventory! Don’t forget to ask for BOBBY!

Kim Dunn was my salesperson. Every part of the deal was extremely easy and efficient. They were able to meet all my request and I drove off the lot that night. Apricated the tech support going over the vehicle with me.

Lawrence Chevy service department is great. They have really good customer service. The body shop guys are very cool to talk to and they do great work would recommend to anyone that needs bodywork to their vehicle.
