Stopped in with friends to just grab a drink and snack. We all tried the watermelon sangria. Yum

The service was fantastic. It was well timed and thoughtful to all our needs.

Our appetizer trio was the brussel sprouts, crab pretzel, and bacon wrapped scallops. We then spent our time debating what we like the most.

We then ended with a baclava cheesecake. Oh wow! 😯

Update: 4/7/24 - We stopped in for a late lunch and sat at the inside bar. I was not shocked to find that the food is just as good as it was the last time I was here. I’ve added some new pics. Very good experience.

I have been here a handful of times and the food is consistently good. In this occasion we got crab cakes with the ranch fries, a side salad (not pictured) and bacon wrapped scallops. All were delicious. The deck was still open so we sat near the dam. Definitely worth taking the drive up to Dauphin. Detweiler Park is within 5 minutes so you can go do some hiking and stop in for a meal. Service staff is always personable and accommodating. I’ve always sat on the deck, never been inside the restaurant.

Stoney Creek has always been a staple in our favorite off the path stops. The food, drinks, and staff are all excellent. Great spot by the waterfall if you stop by when outside dining on the deck is open.

We have lived in Upper Dauphin for over 10 years, but this was the first time we stopped and had lunch at Stoney Creek. The food was excellent, portions were huge and Nick, our server was awesome! Our glasses never ran empty despite having several other tables to wait on. If you enjoy great food, service and fantastic music this is the place for you. Highly recommend the meatloaf and lemon berry cake for dessert

Stony Creek never disappoints! Comfortable setting, good food, friendly staff. Service was a bit slower than usual but all in all, another great visit!

We finally got to try this restaurant today with some friends. You can make a reservation. Our food took a really long time to come out...over 45 minutes, which I thought was a long time for only a party of four. But the food was really, really good. I'm not a fan of high top tables, which is what we were sat at. I would rather just a normal table. I thought there was a whole big dining room in this place but we were seated right next to a bar, even after making a reservation.

Oh my goodness what a beautiful setting, friendly service, and The. Food. Y'all. I had the Mambo Italiano... ridiculous bread with prosciutto, fig jam, goat cheese, pickled onions, and spinach. Delicious! My guy got a black and blue burger... huge, juicy, delicious! Our neighbors let us know we must come back for the pork chops... can't wait!

I’m not familiar with the area but stumbled upon this restaurant today. As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere of the restaurant drew me in. The bartender/waiter/etc was fantastic. The employees were all friendly and the food was outstanding. One of my coworkers ordered an, “old fashion” mixed drink and said it was the best he’d ever had. Both of coworkers ordered the French dip sandwich and they were impressed. I had the scallops appetizer which was delicious. I live pretty far away but look forward to taking my wife here for a date. Great place.

I do have to say this was a pleasant experience. The view is awesome looking over the stoney Creek dam. The food was excellent. Ordered the New York strip with a house salad. The waitress was on point with making sure my dietary restrictions were acknowledged .the prices were very reasonable. Definitely a place to stop and have dinner or grab a drink at the bar. There is indoor and outdoor seating

First time dining at the Stoney Creek Inn and it did not disappoint. Appetizers of bruschetta and crab filled pretzels were excellent. Our main meal was also tasty and prepared well.

Wonderful experience! The food and drinks were delicious. If you go here, you must eat on the deck. The small waterfall and all the butterflies made for such a wonderful atmosphere. It was pricey, but we were here for an anniversary dinner and we certainly felt as though we got our money's worth.

We celebrated New Years Eve by having dinner here. There were 12 of us in our group. All I can say is this was a great experience. Food was out of this world. Lexi our server was excellent and on top of everything. There wasn't one complaint from out group. Thank you.

Took me a while to get around to trying this place but I’m so glad I did! Great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere on the deck! Overlooking the creek with a beautiful view and sounds of nature is the best way to have a meal! I’d definitely come back here!

Loved the mako bites appetizer! My entree was the Nashville hot chicken, which was one of the best I’ve had! I really enjoyed it. The seafood platter and crab cake sandwich also received good reviews!

Dined in the dining room Friday evening. Service was terrific! Thanks to Dasha and others for the hospitality and attention to detail. Veal Marsala was bomb-diggity! When the French onion soup came out along with the crab pretzel, it was divine! Paired that with glasses of foamy Bier and the whole thing was 5-star! Just wish the chairs were more on the posh side.

First timer and everything was Awesome, started with a sangria...so yummy. Then ordered the French onion soup, lots of onions, broth and cheese just the way i like it. Entree was the triple seafood ravioli and lobster bits in blush sauce....fantastic. server was readily available but left you enjoy your meal

Update...things have changed here, or maybe I just finally ordered the correct dish.. I am not sure what happened, but their food quality is the best in the area. Their porkchop is the best I have ever had. This has change from a place to skip to a place not to miss. What a transformation! Cudos to management. The food pushed it to a 5 for me. Wow!

Original review....This place is ok for me. The staff is not friendly at all. There are plenty of other options in the area. The deck view is very pretty in the summertime.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. My family and I had a wonderful time. Nick was our server and he was fantastic. We'll definitely be back ☺

Another great visit to Stoney Creek. Several parties going on so guessing kitchen was very busy thus slower service but with nice atmosphere don't mind waiting.

Great location with a large outdoor seating area overlooking water. The restuarant is tucked back in a beautiful part of Dauphin. The food was great and inexpensive. I would highly recommend the pork chops and for the money, you cannot beat the chefs salad.

Went to Stoney Creek for the first time on Sunday and will definitely return. Our server was wonderful, the food was great, and I loved the comfortable feeling in the bar area. Will definitely be back.
