As long as you can hit a great sale..it's a really cool place to shop! Most definitely the same thing that you can purchase online for less, name brand prices are ridiculous drama when they wear out the same as a regular non expensive item! Nevermind I'm paying for it 10 times! Not sure what the hype is about the situation with people who are crazy about paying to line someone else pockets.. the already rich people who have been busy making things like purses that are outrageous🤑 and they have tons of people who flock to get them?? Crazyness 🤷‍♀ love the store but

The front of the store is like Macy's. The back has what they call, The backstage area where you find great deals on so many things.

Macy’s always impresses with their higher end clothes and other department store fare. The store was busy, they were having sales, but staff was helpful.

Macy's goes all the way back to my favorite film, Miracle on 34th Street. Wish the same feeling was around today, but still a lovely place. I purchased my favorite Clinique blush and the lady was very kind.

Clean and good variety. Great prices, helpful staff.

I never leave reviews but there is a fantastic employee there Caroline in the womens fragrance department I was getting something for my girlfriend and she went beyond and above helping! I was very happy leaving the store today my girlfriend loved everything!

Great selection of items, and typically very reasonable prices. One complaint- many discounted items don't have a price tag on them... so it's impossible to tell how much they are unless you get them rung up. Excited to see the new Toys R Us section open next year!!

Very nice store, lots of clothing, purses etc... just ran in quickly for a perfume & ran out but looked interesting enough that I want to go back when I have more time.

You have to stop and talk to the salespeople at the cologne and perfume counters. They are knowledgeable and truly helpful when deciding on a gift or if you're adding to your own collection. They also have all the best testers to help you decide.. definitely look in the back at their sales displays also!

What a great experience meeting Caroline at the Lancôme counter! I was really impressed with how knowledgeable she was. She’s a skilled make up artist and so pleasant and personable. She really took her time to help me find the perfect products.
Macys is so lucky to have her. I usually purchase cosmetics at ulta or Sephora but I will now be going to Macy's to see her. I would highly recommend going to see Caroline at the Lancome counter for all your makeup needs.

I love this store! Very good in-stock selection and if all else fails, order online. The prices are great during sales, and (believe it or not) I've gotten better deals on quality clothing here than at Target.

I went in to choose a perfume but was not sure what I wanted. I was paired with a young man who went above and beyond to find me the right scent. I told him what smells I've enjoyed in the past and he matched me with quite a few great options. I ended up picking the Lancome Idole (my new favorite) and the Versace Dylan Blue. Thank you for hiring great staff who take their time to help customers! If I could remember his name, I would definitely give him a shout out on here, but unfortunately I can't

Normally a great selection of clothing, jewelry and accessories at very competitive or better pricing, especially with their Friends and Family discounts. Also has some great deals in their backstage area.
