Would highly recommend this great facility I love working with Jennifer. She is great! She works very hard and I am impressed with her speed of service especially on the weekends. They keep this place very clean and it is a very nice and secured lot. I have had multiple friends and acquaintances that I have gotten to come here. Check it out. It’s amazing.

Jennifer in the office is very helpful and pleasant it was alway nice to go into the office for anything I needed and she delivered what ever I needed.
I also liked the area it was in off and away from public eyes and never a problem with break-in.
They always have eyes on the cameras 24/7.

This is the best storage facility I’ve ever rented from. I rented for 16 months and the staff was always helpful and friendly. I even rented a U-Haul onsite to remove my belongings. Very clean and accessible. Thanks everyone for making my experience great! Lorie M.

This place is ideal. Open year round (the lot). Temperature controlled units if needed. Drive-up or indoor units. Not only does it have a variety of options for when it comes to needing temporary or long term storage, the place still looks as if it was built yesterday! It’s clean, the people are friendly and very willing to help accommodate and/or answer whatever questions people have.

Excellent customer service and overall just a great storage unit!

The place itself is set at the back of a neighborhood, so it has a more private feel to it than other storage facilities. I love the employees here. They are so genuinely kind and happy to help. Aileen is my favorite! She is such a cool person, and goes above and beyond the norm... Every single time! No fake smiles or bare minimum standards here! This place is awesome!

Update: I had to get a bigger unit and luckily there was a bigger one right next to my current unit. Due to how much I work it took me a few days to get moved over despite not having very much stuff but the staff was accommodating and understood my situation and gave me the time I needed. Awesome service the site manager thorough and efficient. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes if that. The property and units are clean very professional looking. The prices are more than fair compared to what a few other companies wanted and the site seems well secured. What I like most is you don't even know there's a storage unit in its location well hidden. Highly recommended.

The facility is very clean and quiet and I have no doubt in my mind about the safety and security of my belongings Jennifer richins customer skills put me at great ease and is one of the reasons I've chosen to use this company tó store my belongings hands down deserves every star plus three..

I had been looking for a new storage facility in the west valley area a friend directed me to granite mountain. What they didn’t tell me is that the facility is top notch secure i never have to worry about my valuables getting taken or my unit being broken into. The added bonus though ( IMHO) is the staff working the front counter. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure that what i needed from a storage facility wether it be size or convenience of access or anything i could possibly need was met. Thanks Jennifer you truly are a needle in a haystack!!!!

Best storage facility. I have had exceptional services. The grounds are always kept up. The friendly staff always willing to help. I would recommend the storage facility to anyone who would like their items safely stored .

Aileen is so accommodating, friendly, efficient, and professional all wrapped into one! This place is lucky to have her. This was my first time renting storage and it was a great experience, compared to the storage place I looked at prior to this one with rat droppings and a petrified dead rat! The facility is clean and cared for. It's not in a favourable area but I feel like my belongings are safe there, and I was there after dark without any problems. The owner and staff truly are amazing! Thank you!

Granite Mountain Storage has been more than kind and professional. They have worked with me through some rough times. They really care. I have a high level of confidence that my belongings are safe and secure. Example: last week I had going to retrieve a few items. When I got home I realized I didn't have my deceased wife's jewelry box. I assumed I had left it in the unit. The next afternoon I went back to get the box. Much to my horror, I had left it outside the unit. It was untouched. Thank you.

Great place! Super clean and secure for such a reasonable price. I took great comfort in knowing that my stuff will absolutely be safe there with the amount of security in the facility. The lady there was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend storing here!
