Five Guys

This was our first time here, and we loved it! Great service, great food, and great experience overall. We came from out of state and stopped here for a bite to eat. I'm glad we did. We also were able to leave a bit of our own touch on the bulletin board; that was fun, lol. Thanks, Five Guys!

Food is always consistent, delicious and fresh! The restaurant is clean, we love the make your own soda with their fancy machine. The wait can sometimes be around 10 minutes but at least we know the food is fresh and never cold!

The food was delicious. I just wished I knew that the hamburgers dont come with the regular toppings unless you ask for it. I have never been to a 5 guys before so I wanted to try it out. I was asked what I would like on my burger so I just said Jalapeños. But I thought it already came with lettuce tomatoes onions, you know the usual stuff. Oh well I still enjoyed it very much. I ordered the bacon cheese burger. Staff were good they did the job just fine, not very friendly but that's OK not everyone has to smile all of the time or talk at all. Not expecting anything extra. Just wanted a good burger and that's what I got. I will return here to get another burger but with all the toppings!

Fun atmosphere and lively. I go there a lot for my deliveries working for DoorDash. They have a thing about the fries being fresh which is great for delivery drivers getting the food to the customers and it still being hot! Love it, haven't had any complaints.

I had the bacon double cheeseburger (what else, right?). They did NOT skimp on the toppings. My wife may say I have a big mouth, but it wasn't big enough to get over this burger! If I have any complaint it is the fries were a little salty. But, I love fresh cut fries. Theirs are the best.

Ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and absolutely no cheese on it, also ordered a Milkshake and didn't even get that and the fries were nasty tasting they were soggy like they been sitting there all day.... Not a very good experience with them today

Burgers are great with whatever toppings you want. They give you a lot of extra fries. I got a peanut butter milkshake, which is literally the best thing to ever cross my lips.

I have been to several Five Guys. The one in Rutland, VT is the best when it comes to burgers. Great customer service!

The food was excellent. Would order the small burger next time. The regular burger was huge. Ordered a large fry to split with my daughter in law and there were enough for 4 people! It was all yummy

Clean and new location. Awesome fries. The entrance/exit is not obvious and dangerously close to an intersection. It is easier to take a right out of the parking lot and double back as needed.

I had a pleasant experience. I was greeted as I walked in. The counter attendant helped me figure out what would work out best for me. He offered me a shake. When I declined he smiled and said okay.

They've really got the formula down these are the best burgers in town. I always a get a hamburger all the way and I feel like it's approaching the ideal burger other than being a little messy. The thing that encouraged me to give them 5 stars is that while other places seem to have a hard time keeping their hours 5 Guys seems to always be open when I expect them to be.

The service here is great. I went on the opening day and have been back many times. That first day was so busy they had a line out the door but the line kept moving. Very professional and clean and much better fries and burgers than any other fast food place in town. And hot dogs! Can’t get those at a lot of places around town. I recommend the Cajun style fries. Small size is still pretty huge.

Love Five Guys, always a good time. Everyone was nice, gave us extra fries. They looked a little understaffed, but they did such a good job even though it was busy when we stopped in. The music they were playing was popular hits of the current decade, which was a nice change compared to other places. Whoever DJs is doing a fantastic job!

Just thought I’d drop some appreciation to the guys that work there. My second time in a couple weeks and every time these guys working there are really helpful and nice. The front cashier guy and also the guys that hand out the orders. What ever kinda leadership is going on there, keep up the great work. Because these guys are awesome and make me feel welcomed. Hard to find people like that.

I don't know what happened but my BLT was disgusting, fries were cold. The amount of fries was the same in small, medium, and large. What happened to this place? I will never go there again.
