I had the best experience at NTB. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. Scott the Assistant Store Manager was great. He was really personable and went above and beyond to help me. It's very hard to find honest mechanics and he has restored my faith that not everyone will try to rip you off.

Skott was very helpful when I had to bring in my mom’s car twice in two weeks for separate tire and battery issues. When the battery had to be replaced he was able to order a new one and get it replaced within 2 hours. Very friendly and helpful for a quick and fair price repair. I would absolutely recommend to anyone with car issues to come check them out.

Earlier this week I scheduled an appointment at NTB in Mechanicsburg PA after being referred by a colleague. Upon walking in I was met with a welcoming hello. I was met with that familiar feeling your at the right spot. Darrell was pleasant upon welcoming me into the store. He spent time with me explaining everything in detail. I don’t know much about car repairs or pricing. I appreciate the customer service I received. My car is fixed and I Drove off Overall very satisfied with experience.

This post might be a bit long, but it's hard for me to really write a justifiable review for this place in just a few words. Today (02.27.24) I went to the Mechanicsburg location today for my second time ever.

My first visit in September of 2023 I had all 4 tires for my 2018 Honda CRV replaced. Every other place I got a quote from wanted $750-$800+ dollars. NTB quoted me $530 for all 4 tires and installation included (they also offer free tire rotations for the life of the tires). I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided me then.

Today, I went in for an oil change (and my free tire rotation) and asked them to check my brakes and anything else that might need to be done. The associate Darrell was very honest and upfront about EVERYTHING. I was almost sure that I would need new brakes for all 4 wheels (since my vehicle has 57K miles on it) as well as some other things. He told me my brakes were fine but that my brake fluid needed to be flushed / replaced, so I had that service done in addition to my oil change. The total charges for everything were way less than any other place that I was quoted for these services.

I also asked him about changing out the front / rear differential fluids and was quoted an extremely fair price on that as well. NTB has deservedly earned themselves a customer for life and I will bring my car to them for any service that I ever need. 5 stars all around.

Need an oil change? Brake work?Tires? This is the place to go!!! The staff was exceptional!! Had to get service on a rental, which was a big hassle!! Big thanks to Scott for handling everything!! Definitely give this place a try!!!

Skott at the desk helped us out when we were stranded from out of town and was friendlier than most shops. Not to mention waiting space with vending machines and space for enough people. Although people are in and out of here efficiently so the waiting time is pretty low. Recommend to anyone who needs work done.

I had just purchased a used vehicle and I came to get new tires put on and while my tires were off they notice some damage done underneath the vehicle and gave me a great estimate to try and get the work done, within my financial range but yet still having me out on the road safely. The woman upfront, Deanna, was polite and courteous and the guys Denny and Scott knew their stuff. Definitely coming back! Thank you so much!

Quite nice. They were able to take me in when I had a pinhole leak in my tire. Took an hour but I can't complain at all. They even fixed the tire sensors to read the correct tire pressure.

This place is where to go for all tire repairs. They are efficient, reliable and very hospitable. Thank you again for your service, I was luckily passing by the store when I had a flat tire, but if I lived closer this would 100% be my go to place. Very recommended.

Skott was very helpful. I had a battery issue and he was very clear about what needed to happen to fix the issue. He was transparent with the readings from the testing and upfront with pricing.
All the employees in the shop were kind and friendly as well.

Have use them several times for tires. They always have something suitable in stock and the price is fair. They were very helpful on the most recent trip and did a free alignment check so I would have a report to take back to my regular mechanic. I would recommend them when looking to get tires installed right away.
