I have had many of Doctors over the years but none have been even close to Dr.Jumper. The entire staff is very nice and a pleasure to work with. If you happen to be looking for a new Dr. look no further and give Dr.Jumper a try. You won't be disappointed.

We were referred to Dr Chad Jumpers office by my best friend and I had my first visit. I was so happy with the doctor and all the staff. Answered all my questions and took very good care of all I needed. I really appreciated that they don’t push things on you, you don’t want. Thank you.

As always, the staff was magnificent and personable, and Dr. Jumper took the time to listen and hear what was going on with me. It is wonderful having such a family practice here in our little town. Oh, and he has gathered the greatest group of phlebotomists ever to be assembled in one practice!

Courteous quick service Very personal which is important . Dr Jumper is a great diagnoses dr. Hailey is an asset to the office as she has gained my confidence copletely. Chad has been my gp since he 1st went into business. I truly appreciate these doctors and this staff. .

A very fine practice... conveniently located, and staffed with friendly and professional employees. Dr. Jumper has proven to be well rounded in his knowledge base, and responsive in discussing care options. The PA is an asset to the practice, and functions with the same professional standards, as those of the Physician. The other medical and administrative staff are equally proficient and efficient. I have nothing but the best in critique to provide for review of this practice.

Dr. Jumper is very helpful and great to talk to. The atmosphere of the whole office is very friendly and inviting.

Dr Jumper damn near killed me by prescribing Jardiance.it gave me a
urinary track infection that drove my sugar to 27 on a
Sunday morning. I couldn't even speak.The ambulance crew saved my life. I was born in 1944 with Spina Bifida. I know doc made a
mistake and he and his crew are great people. If you have spina bifida and get urinary tract infections do not take Jardiance. It even has adds that tell you it can cause severe urinary track infections.

This is the doctor you want for yourself and your family! He always provides great care.

Dr. Jumper is prompt, courteous and thorough. He makes time to discuss any concerns. The staff is friendly and professional. The offices and waiting room are clean and comfortable.

I started taking my three children to Dr Jumper about two years ago when I was finally fed-up with pediatricians not allowing me to be the parent and forcing certain things down my throat. I wasn’t sure what to expect from Dr Jumper, but was pleasantly surprised when he allowed me to be the parent and make medical decisions for my children, no questions asked. He is gentle and kind, knowledgeable and understanding. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows in the way he interacts with them.

Because he is busy, my children have started seeing Hayley for their routine check-ups and any time they need to be seen by a medical professional. Hayley is outgoing and kind, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does.

I became a patient there recently due to constantly getting the run-around by other doctors. I have PCOS and struggle terribly with it. I am often dismissed and feel like most doctors don’t understand how frustrating PCOS is. I saw Hayley for this issue, and some other issues, and immediately knew I made the right decision by seeing her. She was affirming and kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I wasn’t dismissed by her and finally felt heard. She didn’t send me to other doctors or specialists like other doctors do. She took care of the issues right then and there.

If you’re wondering if this is the place for you or your children - it is! I cannot say enough positive things about this practice and all who work there.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Jumper was personable, listened, gave very helpful medical advice. I recommend this medical practice to anyone who wants to be treated as a patient, not a number.

Took my 82 year old mother here for her first doctor appointment in the US. She was so nervous but the staff and Dr. Jumper was so wonderful with her. I couldn’t have expected a better experience. I would give 10 stars if I could. I am also changing back to Dr Jumper since he left UPMC.
