AT&T Store

The store reps were very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire experience of adding a person and updating our plan went smoothly. I have been a customer for over 5 years and would recommend ATT because of excellent coverage in our area, good pricing and excellent customer service.

My wife and I got new iPhones the other day at the Carlisle store. The techs, Ishmael and Phil, were both fantastic! We couldn't believe how kind, skillful, and quick they were. Wow! And they never ever made us feel like "dumb old people," even though we are indeed old people.

Ash was so helpful! My mother and I upgraded to the iPhone 15 Pro and we each had slightly different issues that Ash worked with and helped us navigate. Thanks Ash!

Absolutely amazing! I went in just about a half hour to an hour ago to pay off a phone and shut off the line. I was FULLY expecting to pay about $150 service fee to shut off the line because that's what I had read online. Turns out, I only had to pay off the phone itself. No extra fees! It made my night and the gentleman that helped me was great as well. A bright smile and cracked a few jokes. He made the entire experience just all around wonderful. Thank you AT&T for continuous amazing service!!

DALTON IS THE BEST! He literally went above and beyond to help us - we are SO happy with our service at this store, give Dalton a raise he deserves it! By far the best customer service and best experience we’ve ever had in a cell phone store. THANK YOU!

I had a difficult problem to resolve. Cody, the Store Manager at the Carlisle store, was assisting me. Not only did he get the problem totally resolved, he was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Fantastic person…polite and respectful. A great experience.

The salespeople are very helpful and friendly. They, like everywhere else, are understaffed, so it took a bit before being helped. Nothing wrong with that, it happens, and during that time you reflect on patience and understanding. Their good attitudes sealed my decision to choose AT&T (as my new cell phone provider) after 12 years of being a pay-as-you go customer elsewhere. Thank you!

I'm so happy with the services from the staff at this store! We were first greeted by Chris when we walked in, and he helped answer questions while another staff member was grabbing the phone we had placed on hold. We then sat down with Nicole to go over the phone we had on hold.

I decided I wanted to upgrade as well, and Nicole was absolutely fantastic in answering all the questions I had and helping me to decide what would be the best choice for me financially. The process was longer for me due to account issues that had nothing to do with the store, and she was very upfront and honest about the financial expectations and she even printed out what the estimated charges would be (before tax and insurance).

Nicole did a great job and I appreciate how kind and thorough she was.

Also, the other staff sounded wonderful as well! You hear a lot when you're sitting there waiting for account stuff to go through. The other staff were very patient and helped many customers in the time we were sat there.

This was absolutely the best experience I've had in a phone store setting. It's usually a pretty stressful experience, but Nicole and the other staff made it painless.

I just want to say Dalton, the assistant manager, was an amazing person to work with! Personable, caring, and great customer service. He excelled our expectations for my boyfriend and I switching from Verizon. He was attentive both nights when we were having issues and had to come back the following night. We were able to carry a genuine conversation and just felt like we were friends talking while also working to get things taken care of. He made sure he was doing everything he could for us, transferred over phones correctly, and also made sure my boyfriend had the best case for his phone due to the job environment he works in. I lastly want to thank him for his time staying past store hours both nights when he did not need to in order to try and get us taken care of, which he did. We would love to work with Dalton every time we have to visit the AT&T store in Carlisle on Noble Blvd. Thank you again Dalton!

Daulton was absolutely amazing. Vast knowledge and experience and even took care of other customers while we were waiting on our phones to download. Two other employees had taken care of numerous customers while we were there. All conversations were polite. Recommend AT&T to anyone and everyone! Awesome Service as usual and knowledgeable as usual. We have been dealing with the AT&T store in Carlisle Pennsylvania for past 20 to 25 years and have always had a great experience. Ur rep at the Noble Blvd Store in Carlisle, PA, Daniel, was amazing!! I was next to tears when I lost all of my contacts in my new phone!!! Thankfully Daniel persevered and did an amazing recovery of all my contacts!!!! I can’t thank him enough for his patience, knowledge, encouraging words and overall performance!! Aida is always helpful everytime I go in for my AT&T needs. She delivers both a professional and fun approach to her customers which i really appreciate.

I went to the AT&T store today to have someone help me with a new Smart watch that I received as a gift. It came in several pieces with not very clear directions. It was purchased over the Internet. An employee/manager Dalton was extremely patient and extremely helpful. He spent 40 minutes putting the watch together and helping me download all the necessary information and sync it to my phone. I have always been happy with the service at that AT&T store and frequent it for any questions or problems I may have regarding my phone.

Special shout out to the crew of this store for helping me out with a sim card issue. The whole team was laid back and took care of it with no problems.

The Store was very busy @7:30pm & only 2 associates were working but Scott did an amazing job to solve my problem to the best of his ability. He offered several solutions efficiently & was very knowledgeable.

Gianna Drew was an amazing rep! Very diligent in her approach, sharp with the information she provided in regards to the product that interested me. Made me feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout my experience. I walked away feeling as if I should have made the switch to AT&T years ago.. She was that good at her job!
