I've had nothing but positive experiences here. Appointments stated on time, everyone was polite and professional and Allison Walters my primary is really awesome.

I took my daughter who is on the autism spectrum to see Allison Walters NP for a physical. Although my daughter refused at times to answer questions and seemed uncomfortable and irritated (which was due to her having to wear a mask) Everyone was extremely kind and patient which hasn’t always been the case at other dr offices. I’m happy to have a place we’re both comfortable going to.

This office is amazing. Wonderful patient care service. I never waited long. Not even 10 minutes. And my Crnp Dr. Na Na is absolutely the most caring person I ever met. They really care. Its not about the money. I generally love you guys. Thank you Dr. Na Na. Thank you check in and check out ladies 😊

The staff is always friendly and Dr. Eckert is the best. Always takes his time to answer any questions and cares about his patients. He is very thorough and in this day an age when patients are just a number, he is old school and cares.

I just wanted to inform the office Dalaney was very nice, helpful, informative and had alot of patience with helping me book a new patient appt for daughter in every aspect

Staff here is always friendly, and the doctors are knowledgeable and don't rush us through appointments

Dr. Uniacke since 2012 helped me through 2 lung cancer events 2 heart attacks 1 3rd level heart failure my copd my cad and my 3rd level kidney disease . She works along with my cancer doctor and heart doctors and this crew is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my family's doctor office and they treat us like family. We cannot ask for a more friendly and close staff to help us! There is even evening hours on occasion.

We had a video appointment. All mypinnaclehealth.org websites have been down with 504 (server-side) errors for DAYS! Pinnacle IT are not replying to open tickets. This means our appointment will not be possible! HOPEFULLY someone will see this and get through to IT who need to contact GoDaddy about their domain! EDIT: The appointment had to be rescheduled. The site was back up the following day. Support replied after 3 days stating that the site was operational. Bad job Pinnacle support, but this does not reflect upon the Doctor's office.

Must have had the same ultrasound tech -- bad experience. However, ALL other experiences with this facility have been top notch and I would recommend PinnacleHealth FamilyCare Dillsburg without hesitation! Doctors and labs in the same building, can't ask for any better consolidation.

Connie is great, but have never waited less then 40 minutes. Your time is not more valuable than mine.

I have never experienced a Dr. so willing to treat a patient the way I was treated. For the past few years I was tossed from specialist to specialist wasting money on nothing, not to mention the things that were said to me by my Dr. At this office and the rheumatologist I went to who shouldnt be practicing anything. So I took charge of my health and I was treated again like I'm the problem. I have transferred my records to a practice who respects and listens to their patients.

If I was asked 1-10. Ten being the best, this practice would have a negative number.
I would see my dog's vet before I went there again. Major HIPPA Violation happened in the waiting area..then it only got worse.
Patient Relations is getting a call. As is my insurance.

The old out of touch doctor decided to focus on getting my wife anti psychotics instead of testing my wife for Potts. My lawyer is looking into a medical malpractice lawsuit for the sheer amount of arrogance and ignorance this woman showed.
