Rite Aid

This was my first time to visit the Dillsburg Rite Aid and I was treated like I was an important customer. The Associate was so kind and thoughtful and made me want to return again.

This is my neighbourhood Rite Aid. I must say I am so glad to see that the store is under new management. The new store manager Tina is the greatest. She is so nice. The store is clean, well stocked, and organized. The photo area is working and machines aren't out of service for long. They really go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. I have stayed away in the past, but will be coming to this store more often.

Pharmacist and employees were very helpful in my issues with. My order. They took time to solve all problems and went over the call of duty.Manager was very helpful too.

Been using Dillsburg Rite Aide for more than 40 years.

Now that Walgreens has bought out Rite Aid they're not honoring my plenty card which gives me 20% off bummer.

Great stock and great service. This Rite Aid also carries GNC vitamins

I've recently have had much better experiences which is why I'm changing my review. The drive through has opened back up, wait times have normalized, I can actually get through on the phone! Staff is friendly and helpful. Seems like Rite Aid has gotten past whatever challenges they were experiencing post-COVID!

No matter what time I come, there is always a huge line. Drive through is alwaya closed. Difficult to even get through to the pharmacy on the phone. I can understand staffing struggles, but something needs to be done. I've moved some of my scripts to express scripts because of this

The counter staff were very knowledgeable to the items in the store, they were very pleasant to deal with also. The pharmacy staff were also very knowledgeable and willing to give advice and suggestions. I do recommend this store for your pharmacy needs.

They don't seem super attentive to the pick-up counter, which is annoying. In my only two times, I had to wait some time before anyone looked my way. But ready on time. And I haven't seen any lines like at other places.
