After leaving a practice who joined a concierge service and finding Dr Bailey has been a blessing. She is very Thorough and during my physical found several things that have not been treated and now I am getting the treatment I need from proper specialist and truly feel she saved my life. The entire office is great. Now my mom and family go here and all are very happy.

I recently joined the Wellspan practice as I was not claiming a primary doctor for quite some time. I figured it was time to settle down and trust my health to one provider vs hopping from urgent care to urgent care. I have 2 family members that recently joined here as well, all in which have Dr Bailey as our new PCP. HORRIBLE. She lies on the notes that she takes down during the visit. She is not thorough about anything. And she makes up things and lies in our medical records. After my visit today I found that there are things written that were never discussed. During my visit with her she was asking me questions about my health and about my job history. I felt like I was applying for a job with how much she was asking about me working when I was working and wrote how long I was at each job and how I was doing nothing to better myself and claimed that to be the reason that I have my ailments. (Which is only partially true, I'll admit that). She's a joke. She put down that I have a history of Cancer in which is a big lie. If you read my notes from my visit it reads like a biography of my life. I refuse to trust her with my overall health. It would be a great idea to read through what's been written about you in your records on the patient portal if you're under her care. She could be sued for falsifying information.

This practice, as with many others, is getting too big and it is losing it's personal touch. I received 2 automated emails (which I check daily) and an automated text message confirming my appointment and informing me what to bring to it. I received a voicemail (which I never check - who does?!?) telling me of the appointment cancellation. So when I finally listened to the VM and called the practice back, I was blamed for the miscommunication. I also requested to receive communication via email in the future which I was told was not possible. But you send automatic confirmation emails for appointments that have actually been cancelled?!?!
