I didn't know what to expect when I arrived, but Mike made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything and made sure that I understood but also assured me that if I had any questions or concerns later, they are there to help me and I should contact them. Overall, I felt very comfortable with the information, mask fitting, and instructions Mike provided.

Mike did an excellent job explaining the features and benefits of my new delivered machine and mask over my old unit(s). He knows the products inside and out and was more than adept at answering my questions. It was my pleasure meeting and interacting with him and the other Mike at the front desk of the Carlisle office location.

Mike was simply outstanding while covering every aspect of my CPAP machine replacement. Starting with the paperwork, then on to setting up the app, and demonstrating the operation of the machine, he answered all of my questions clearly. Highly recommended!

Liz came which is the first Technician I have seen in over a year. She is very pleasant and knows the machine. She came across some problems and will be coming back. My trilogy machine stopped working. The filter on the trilogy machine never had a filter on the back when it was replaced by Holly from the previous company.

I came into the office and was seen promptly. Didn't have to wait long at all. He went over the machine and showed me how to put everything together and how to clean it and everything. I was worried that it was gonna be complicated to use but with him explaining everything it put my mind to ease. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything. So thank you.

Great explanation of the equipment, took his time to make sure I understood the machine and how to care for it and what I can expect as a result of using the Cpap

Tracy was very knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to explain everything very well. She also gave some personal tips on using and cleaning since she uses a CPAP herself. If this works and give me half of the alertness and energy that Tracy has I will be very happy.

My delivery man was very very nice. Very personable. Concerned about the problem took care of the problem very kind and you guys are very lucky to have him.

This place is the bomb, I already had a cpap and just had to replace the one I got ever thing went smoothly and I was in and out for my appointment that was suppose to be 1 hour in less than 20 minutes.

Everything was explained and demonstrated so it was easy to understand. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Mike definitely knew his material and was organized with his presentation. Quality and quantity of printed material given as well as app. Info. He fitted my mask and went over care, cleaning, ordering supplies and operation of unit. Very receptive to questions. Time length of presentation and instruction was
reasonable. (Less than 30 minutes)

I have never had a C-pap before, so this was all new to me. Mike was amazing! He explained every aspect of the process in detail & made sure that I had no questions & was knowledgeable about the equipment before I left. He went through a lot of information quickly, but made sure to ask me several times if I had any questions. Everything was done extremely efficiently & professionally. I would recommend anyone to come here for their medical supply needs.

Mike Cleckner was superb. Everything he told us is what happened. His help was first class, his patience with me and my wife even more so. Simply stated he was outstanding. My wife and I are very happy he was on site to help us.
