This past Saturday, I needed a tire change and was in the middle of nowhere Vermont. The technician found us quickly and was knowledgeable about my car. He was so nice and professional

Jason from Jag’s Automotive was incredibly helpful when our car ended up in a ditch during a snow storm. Not only did he tow our car in bad weather conditions, he went the extra mile by helping us secure accommodation and personally driving us to the hotel. Jason and everyone at Jag’s was knowledgeable and kind and we are very grateful for all of their help!

On 8/5/23 this facility called me, as I was stranded in wait,with AAA for tow service. They offered a tow and recommended a place for tire installation. Tony, the tow driver was professional, and had us towed in no time. And the boss even came over to ensure quality service.. What an awesome company! I would definitely recommend Jag's. No one better!

My brother in law and his family of 11 kids broke down on their way to Vermont on a family trip in their 15 passenger van. I called Jason from Jags on their behalf to try to find a towing service to get them off the highway to safety. Jason not only towed the van to his shop but he also helped transport the entire family to a local place where they found lodging. The next morning Jason and his shop had the transmission removed and a new flex plate installed on their van. They had the vehicle repaired and back on the road in less than 24 hours. This kind of service is unheard of! I Jason you are amazing!

It was New Years Day and the muffler on our car gave out during a trip to Killington. After having called probably every shop in the area, Jags was one of the few that picked up and was willing to help. And boy did they go above and beyond. Being New Year's Day it was hard to get parts but some creative skill and willingness to go the extra mile got us safely on the road. Always available and super reliable, couldn't be more thankful for Jags Automotive. Truly local and genuinely amazing humans!

My son had my F150 up at Killington and the transmission cooler let go--the truck was taken by AAA to Jags--he repaired the cooler and saved the transmission on Super Bowl Sunday and did a brake job for me as well at very fair prices. I highly recommend this business.

I am yet to use this Business, But I feel the need to share all the things I Hear. I don't live in the area where they are located, But do go thru there often. As a Business owner myself, I listen for other reputable business's. I hear often, as well as have seen customer statements about their experiences with this company. Far too often we don't know who to call, who will be fair, Honest, and have more than their wallets interest. This company has Great Integrity, I highly recommend them.

My husband decided to do something about his broken exhaust at 11am on a Sunday before we headed home to Ct. muffler welded and we are on the road home at 230pm. Amazingly service and on a Sunday. Would highly recommend

Our van slid off our driveway, and AAA called Jags. Jags showed up several hours after AAA said they’d arrive, without contacting us. They were unable to pull our van out, and said they’d be back the following morning with a wrecker, with no qualifications.

When Jags did in fact not return the following morning, we followed up and were told they would not come back until we sanded the driveway. We’d not been told about this requirement but had it done in 30min. When we called back, we were told they would come back that day. After many follow ups to Jags, always committing to return, we went to bed with our stuck van and no word from Jags.

Day three began again, calling Jags. They were surprised that despite committing continually that they’d return, that we hadn’t found someone else to pull us out. Said they’d be back sometime that day. At this point we called AAA asking for another vendor to help us. AAA called Jags anyways, and he refused the job, but again, no word to us from Jags that they wouldn’t be coming.

Glad we had food, as we were housebound for three days due to Jags. Never again.
