Dorothy is AMAZING! We started using her services when we moved to VT in 2020. She's helped us so much, explained things, kept in contact throughout the process, and then in the off season went through our old tax returns, found the mistakes I had made doing them myself and amended the 3 years I had messed up. It ended up being a HUGE difference in returns. Her rates are more than reasonable!

Dorothy is great, she’s quick, thorough and her services are fairly priced. I love that I can scan my paperwork to her via email and just pop in to sign once its finished. Vanessa in her office is awesome too! I’ve been going to Dorothy for 10 years now. Definitely recommend!

Dorothy is one of the very best in the business. I don't understand what Chris was talking about with his bad review. My friends/family have been using Dorothy for years and would recommend her services to ANYONE. If you want things done right then this is the place go.

3rd year using her. Doesn't offer a total sit down appointment anymore. Prices went up for no dam reason. Going to have this years taxes and the last couple years reviewed by someone else. I don't recommend her services anymore. She doesn't offer any advice on how things could be better. Customer service could be friendlier. UPDATE "3 months after our return" ( 7/16/18) I just got off the phone with the tax dept and was just informed that our return was sent to the wrong bank!!! Good job idiots. Now i have to snail mail our info to Montpelier and then they will slowly send our money back. If there were a way I could give a rating of -5stars i would, they totally F"d our return and we will be bringing our last 5 year returns to someone who will take care of our interest (Not their own!!!) My advise is "Look somewhere else!!!"

My fiance called to make an appointment but we could not even get to that. The phone call that we received back after we had left a message for an appointment was very uncomfortable. She was not personable at all. Asked very rudely how we got her number. I was referred by my mother. I guess she forgets her business contact is on Google.
