Gary is amazing!!!!!! He went through step by step. The whole process took about an hr but its definitely worth every penny. I prepared the taxes last year and took me a couple hours. Definitely will return next year. Costs are higher than doing it yourself but he knows what hes doing more than me. My cost was around 400 filing jointly with child tax credit (3 dependents) and( 2 )w2s. Like many other places you can pay using your return which is nice. We applied for the advance with no fee. Process was really easy and you get the card the day of.
Also, Gary got the local return ready for me and all i need to do is put the money in and close the envelope. Absolutely great customer service. I was blown away. We will definitely return next year.
