Dont hesitate to buy a car from this dealership. I had to drive 5 hours to get my truck and it was exactly as described and the entire process was fantastic. Collin is awesome and doesn’t play any games. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

My family and I recently made a purchase here. Hands down best car buying experience ever and I've purchased many cars over the years. They showed nothing but class and respect throughout and beyond the purchase. We drove from out of state so my tolerance was definitely low but Andrew and Josh were the best. They really do treat their customers like family. I love a old fashion car buying experience..when salesmen cared about building relationships with the community just as much as they do sales. They showed honesty, integrity and great transparency. Anyone reading this knows how RARE that is in today's automotive market lol. What a great experience! This dealership brings "low-stress car buying" to a whole new level. Their website has detailed information on their available vehicles and it was very easy to locate a car I was interested in. I had called ahead to setup a time to test drive a car last Saturday, and that's when the customer service really kicked in.

When I got to the dealership, I wasn't met in the parking lot or hounded as soon as I walked in with the typical "Hey, what can we sell you today?" mentality. Instead, I was greeted with a "Good Morning, can I get you a water, coffee, or something to drink?"

My first shoutout goes to Andrew W. (Sales Manager). He was extremely helpful and friendly right from the start. He handed me the keys and allowed me to check out the car on my own - again no pressure, no stress, just looking over features and what I liked about the car. He said to take my time and to let him know if any questions came up. It was a laid back experience, and he let the car sell itself.

When it came time to work out trade-in and financing (the most stressful part for me), Dan S. (Finance Manager) put my mind at ease. From research I knew I was getting a good deal on the car, but I worried about the paperwork side of financing and getting a good interest rate. Dan found the best possible rate through a local credit union, the application process was simple, and he clearly explained every part of the entire process.

It was very clear in my conversations with Andrew W. and Dan S. (among other support staff at the dealership) that this business is about more than just selling and buying cars; it's about building a relationship with their customers.

I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. I know for a fact that I'm glad I took that test drive, because I won't be going anywhere else the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle!

Excellent experience. Bought a used Focus RS
hot hatch from them. They had the best price on it then any other other dealship in the state. I gave them my total out the door cost and they matched it. They also gave me exactly what I was looking for for my trade in. Had a issue with it 2 weeks later in which the manufacturer had not properly updated the headgasket recall and the headgasket blew. When I took it to the Ford dealership they said that the recall had expired. Sun Motors said no worries.... that if Ford would not honor the recall or cover it under the power train warranty they would cover it. (Trust me I was STRESSING ABOUT IT) Ford eventually pulled through and fixed it. So either way I was covered. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a honest dealership for awesome used exotics, or higher end cars. Thank you for being honest! The salesman and sales manager made this experience easy and pain free.

Couldn't be an easier car buying experience. We were in and out in less than 99 minutes. Shaun Reed is an absolutely exceptional salesman. I spent over 5 years in car sales and management and wish I had Shaun on my team!

I've been relying on Sun Motor Cars since I purchased my '91 E-Class last year around this time. They've done great work and never once have I had to return due to something not being diagnosed correctly or because work wasn't done right. Their techs are very knowledgeable and Steve, who is normally my service coordinator is always friendly, helpful and never suggests something if it doesnt need done. I met Don today due to Steve being on vacation who was helpful and professional as well. Yes, my car is pretty old but it's been reliable especially because I've put nearly 15k miles on it in the last year and hasn't needed more than normal wear and tear work done. (Its got 236k miles on it currently). Still mechanically sound and Sun Motor cars has helped to ensure it stays that way. Thanks guys!
