After months of trying to buy a house, we were put in touch with Lisa Hughes. The experience we had with her was a complete 180 from the last people we were using. Being first time home buyers, it was difficult to compete. But She was on top of everything, and we probably wouldn't have scored the perfect house if it weren't for her. So, where do I start . Susan Bishop was the Realitor that had listing. I had talked to her several times before going to see property. I told her we had to sell our home, but had a buyer.. so she knew where we stood! The property was as in VT. We were 5 hours away. One way, we loved the pics and wanted to come,, we didn’t know until we got there that there was another offer that came in.. a all cash offer with no contingencies, no inspections. Solid offer I would definitely say. So why on earth did she NOT text me or call to let us know???we would NOT! Have come and wasted our time!!! We also had friends meet us there to go over property.. susan Bishop didn’t care at all about letting us know! This in my book is very unprofessional in every way! We spent 12 hours of our time, plus 150 in fuel. Never mind the hassle she put us threw! People don’t do business with someone like this! She doesn’t have your best interests..

Failed to purchase or even look at houses with the realtor we worked with. She was very kind on the phone but did nothing to help set up showings or any negotiations and the house we were wanting is now pending another offer. This took place aver a week that we tried to get her to do SOMETHING. I am not happy. Our agent was from the Hanover office.
