I would rate Kirkland's a five stars because the service is amazing. The staff was very friendly even though I'm a transgender woman. The merchandise is amazing and I'm picking up a new mirror tomorrow that I bought there. You should go to Kirkland for your unique decorating ideas. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional and I enjoyed going there. I had the honor of being the first customer in this store when it opened up during the grand opening event.

We saw a piece there a few weeks ago. We decided today to pick it up. As expected, it was no longer available. When we were asked if we needed any help, my wife explained what she was looking for. The clerk went online, and when that failed, she called other stores to find the item. It will be delivered to our local store in a few days. Outstanding customer service!
