Poise & Strength Pilates Studio

I bought a Groupon nearly four years ago and have been a fan and loyal client ever since! I had never done Pilates before and was a bit nervous. However, Tiffany (the owner) made me feel comfortable from day one. She is great at demonstrating each movement, explaining where you should feel each exercise and providing variety in each class. It's been fun to see how much I've progressed and how much stronger I've gotten. Love it!

My experiences at Poise and Strength Pilates have been excellent. The studio owner, Tiffany Crosswhite, has a deep knowledge of the classical Pilates repertoire, yet she is also aware of and able to incorporate current fitness trends into her classes. Her experiences performing, teaching, and coaching figure skating provide her with an understanding of body movement that perfectly compliments her Pilates instruction. Her demeanor is cheerful and welcoming, the studio aesthetically pleasing, and her little doggies are sheer delights. The studio has become a sanctuary for me, where the world and its stresses are left at the door, and I am able to focus on strengthening my body and releasing tension.

Bought a groupon and have been unable to schedule a class on the websites book a class page. I have called several times and received voicemail, I left several detailed messages. No one has ever called me back. I also have sent emails to the email addresses listed on the website and have also not received a reply. My groupon is close to expiring and I will contact groupon for a refund. Really frustrated, the location is on route to work and could have been a good weekly location to join.
