Northern Comfort Motel

Adorable rooms (reminds me of a log cabin) , clean, great location, dog friendly, convenient snowmobile access, but the absolute best part about this place is the family who runs it. The owners (Tim and Kelly I think are the names) truly go above and beyond. They are super accommodating and very friendly. They know how to run their business- thats for sure!! I wish I could give this more stars! We will be back!

We can't comment on the accomodations because we didn't stay there. But, the owners were extremely helpful in letting us know about a nearby lodging that had an opening for the solar eclipse. When they learned of the vacancy they thought of us and let us know. That's real hospitality!

Very simple motel but clean, great location (right off the highway while still quiet), and I loved that there was a little sitting area both in front and in back! We called in on the day of and were able to quickly get a room reserved over the phone. The price felt a little high for the place itself, but it also seemed to be pretty average for the area itself (especially last minute). Checked in easily around 8 that evening and they were very kind! Mini fridge and microwave in the room, but had to ask for a hair dryer and was told there was also an ice machine in the check in area. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here two nights while birding in the region. My room was on the backside so no road noise of any kind. The room had an excellent shower big enough for a large fellow with plenty of water pressure. Didn't use the pool but kids would enjoy it. Friendly owners.

I had a very great experience. They were extremely helpful even texted me while I was out to see if I needed towels and blankets and pillows. They go above and beyond for their customers.

We needed a room with more beds, as there was only a king, but I booked almost last minute. It worked out fine though because we were able to still fit our air mattress and my son on the floor in his sleeping bag. The floor and bed were clean. I loved the rustic feel with the knotty pine walls, yet all the bathroom fixtures were sleek and updated. Heat worked good. King bed was very comfortable. I loved the showers sunflower like spigot. The best part of our stay was they actually could accommodate my senior mother staying in the room until 1pm while my son and I rented a UTV in Pittsburgh. It was at the end of the weekend and between busy seasons, so that's probably how they were able to do this. When we returned to pick her up, the friendly housekeeper showed us a bigger room we could rent next time. Another plus is this place is on a peaceful part of Rt 3 away from it all.

Great place! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while riding our motorcycles through the Northeast. The owners are awesome! And where else have you stayed where you can get lessons on how to milk goats!

Nice clean rooms with fridge, microwave and good heat. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Close to lovely Colebrook. I'd go again. Well worth it.

I would rate this motel 10/10. I was super impressed with the price, cleanliness of the room, and friendliness of the staff. Perfect home base for hiking in northern New Hampshire.

I would highly recommend this motel to everyone. I am always a little hesitant to try new places but this turned out to be a beauty. Our room looked like it had been newly updated with a king size bed, hd tv, mini fridge, and microwave. It was perfect for us. There was also a pool that was clean and nice to relax in after a day of adventures. We will definitely be back. Thank you Northern Comfort Motel and staff :)

Morning fog and the night clouds beautiful in Colebrook and this hotel offers some great spots outside our room. The owners are extremely awesome with the customers, cant say enough good things.
I do keep forgetting to suggest they put coffee pots in the rooms and if possible hair dryers I didn't bring mine again assuming the hotel would have them. Other then that 5 all the way....

This motel offers a clean, cozy room with a wonderful in ground pool and free WiFi close to downtown Colebrook. The motel is under new family ownership and they are working hard to make improvements and updates to the property. I’m looking forward to staying here again!!

Absolutely amazing!!!! This establishment is owned and run by a local family. I had a group of 11 people that all were very happy with the property, the rooms they had all were very clean. I highly recommend it!!

We had a wonderful stay, very clean rooms, and super friendly and accommodating staff!

Nice couple that run the place boughtva hot tub from me for themselves and have a pool for guests. They check people in fast and let them get to the room

It's exactly what you would want from a stay in Colebrook. The Northern Comfort offers large, clean, homey and comfortable rooms, each with a little kitchenette. The back rooms have a beautiful view of Monadnock Mountain out the back.

We stay here whenever we come up on business. Very cozy rooms and driving distance from a Rite Aid and lots of places to eat. If you ever stay here check out Colebrook Pizza or the Spa!
