Ladd Pond Cabins and Campground, LLC

I Had an Overall Excellent Experience at Staying at the Ladd Pond Cabins and Campground Location. The Northwoods Cabin Met My Needs as This Provided a Mini Refrigerator, Firepit and Queen Bed. This. The Cabin Provided a Camping Type Atmosphere along with the Comfort of a Bed & Fridge. I Like Being Able to Light a Campfire in the Firepit Especially During the Night Darkness. The Northwoods Cabin is Ideal Either for a Couple or Solo Traveler.

We had a lovely time here. Spent 2 nights as a little getaway for our weekend. The location was perfect and the cabin was clean and cozy. It was small, but outfitted with everything we needed including coffee and filters, dish soap, wine opener, etc. The WiFi worked on and off, but we didn't mind because we wanted a weekend away from any stress. The porch had a really nice heavy ash tray and chairs to use, which we appreciated. The cabin also had a DVD player so we bought a cheap movie when we were at the dollar store and watched it. My only issue was that the sheet kept slipping off but it was only on my side and I toss and turn so that was likely my problem. The shower also got really nice and hot, which was great! I even got to meet some cats when we checked in. Also, we're the ones who accidentally broke a glass while cleaning it. So sorry!!!!!

My family just got back from an awesome weekend here. We rented 3 of the 4 cabins and had a great time. The owners are friendly and helpful and delivered wood to our cabins. The cabins are comfortable and have everything you need including a fully equipped kitchenette in our cabin, Bear Cave. We especially liked the Walkie-talkies in each cabin! So convenient to keep in touch with each other and so much fun. The pond is beautiful and they have paddle boats and kayaks for use. The hiking trails on the property lead to great views. We’ll definitely return and are looking forward to a snowmobile trip in the winter here too. Thank you Carl and Tami.

Carl and Tami were the best very friendly people. are stay was incredible bear cabin had everything we needed. The night sky was so full of stars like you will never see in the city.The Peace and quiet was everything to us. fishing at the pond was fantastic. if I could ever have a place of my own I would want it to be Just like this. Cabins charming enough to be cozy but with all the amenities of home. They’ve thought of everything from dishes/cooking utensils to coffee maker and ground coffee. The owners are very gracious and friendly. Brought firewood up to the cabin and had a bonfire everyone was invited to. Will definitely book again. This was relaxing and peaceful for sure!

This was our second time staying here and we had a lot of fun. It is a beautiful property with plenty to see and do. Carl and Tami are made us feel very welcome. The cabins are in very good shape and perfect for the kind of quite vacation we enjoy. Thanks guys!

I recently stayed at this location while traveling for work. Lovely area and very nice cabin. The owner suggested a local restaurant, and I had one of the best steaks I have had in a while.

Arrival was easy. Vehicle access was great. I felt a secure as in my own home.

I would easily recommend this to anyone that is tired of the 'hotel' experience.

This place is so amazing!!! What a great hidden gem in the heart of the White Mountains. With its own stocked trout pond and kayaks and boats on site for visitors to use this place is great for fishermen of all ages. The shore is great for fly fishing too! The cabins are stocked with everything from silverware, dishes and pans to long handled lighters, perfect for lighting the grill and campfire with! The owners are polite and friendly, always available if you need something. The cabins are clean and comfortable. A queen sized memory foam mattress and a pullout couch! Extra pillows blankets and towels. All the amenities you could possibly ask for! But the best is what they didn’t have. They didn’t have the noise of the city. They didn’t have crowds of people packed in too tightly. It was nice to leave all that behind and get away!The cabins sit up on a hilltop surrounded by Forrests and hiking trails. This is truly one of the best trips we have taken and I can see that it will be a spot that we will come back to!

Cottage very comfortable ! Everything you need are there .
The place is quiet , we slept very well, the owners Tammy and Carl are so so so kind and sweet ! Very generous. We had a problem with the car and they drove us 2 times to Colebrook. English is not our first langage and they help us !
We had the wolf cabin with a kitchen and 2 oven- everything to help us to cook was there .
They have a bbq gaz - 2 Smart TV with Netflix - (you tube)
The pond is so pretty and you can do kayak- pédalo- canoe or chaloupe - swimming - or just relaxing with a book !
We had a drink at the firepit with Carl and Tammy we had a great time !! They are wonderful !!we travel a lot and we can tell you that place is so wonderful!
We will come again!

Our first time camping at Ladd Pond and it won't be our last! If you are looking for peace and quiet yet surrounded by mountains and access to the private pond you should definitely check it out!!!

Beautiful location, fairly priced, accommodating owners. Supplies available for rent, fresh water pond stocked with fish. I even saw a moose.

The cabin made a great overnight base for my adventures fishing the Upper Connecticut watershed. Added bonus, I caught (and released) a REALLY nice rainbow trout fishing from the dock on Ladd Pond.

This is our 2nd stay. We wished we had booked a week the first time we were here last year. Tami and Carl are friendly and helpful. We had an unseasonably cold June nite, and Carl made sure we were all set with heat. He also brought wood to the firepit for us twice! We may try fishing tomorrow in the pond.
Excellent place to unwind.
My wife and I will definitely want to come back....soon!

We had a great time, cute little cabin. At times my wife got scared when a dear bumped into something behind the cabin. But it's safe, had a good time and pricing is good too.

If you want to relax and experience peace and tranquillity, this is the place to go! We enjoyed it so much we are ready to book again for the fall. On property fishing(catch and release), DVD player provided as well as grill, picnics table, fire pit with wood, frog microwave, and other small appliances. Can’t say enough good things about the place. Lastly, the owners are great folks. Worth the trip!

10 out of 10 would recommend! This is a great location with trail access and it’s not to far from town. The cabin was clean, and well equipped for our needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had trouble with our heat one night and they were very quick to respond and come out to fix it. We will definitely be returning for another trip very soon!

Cabins were spotless and FULLY equipped (even supplied coffee). Great location and excellent hosts.
We will be recommending to everyone we know and definitely planning another stay.

This place has it all..! 😃 Wake up to the mist rolling over the water, the birds chirping, fish jumping😍 From paddleboating, hiking, biking, fishing, atv's, canoeing, cookouts, fires🔥 sight seeing, you name it, it's here. ~I highly recommend this Incredibly beautiful, peaceful, and picturesque place to go relax, reset, or just escape your hectic everyday life.

The cabins are cozy and comfortable. The grounds are AMAZINGLY beautiful! Hosts were excellent! Highly recommend Ladd Pond for your north country getaway!

Great quality, clean, roomy cabins, wonderful wilderness for exploring! Next time I’m kayaking the lovely pond for sure!
