Bear Rock Suites

We stayed with Amy and Charlie during a skimobile trip. We saw their sign on one of the skimobile trails last year when we stayed at a different place.
Bear Rock suites is very cozy, well decorated and furnished, clean, and conveniently located. The beds are so comfortable and even the view from our living room was amazing. We parked our trailer right on the property and could ride right onto the trail without having to move the trailer.
The host’s Amy and Charlie are wonderful- friendly, always helpful, and made the place into a home away from home. We ran out of battery for our headset controller and Amy brought us down a couple right away for free.
I can’t recommend this place enough.
We booked them directly and what I’ve heard, it saves people money.
We will definitely try to come back again in the winter, and want to try the summer too for apparently some of same trails are good for ATV as well.

Amy and Charlie are amazing hosts. The house is located on a beautiful property with unbelievable views. This place offers the best opportunity to have everything you want from a trip to north country. The accommodations were perfect, clean, comfortable and extremely cozy and we felt perfectly at home. We are so glad to have found this property and can’t wait to plan future stays.

We loved our 2day stay! Beautiful grounds at their home. Very comfortable and homey suite! Right on the trails. Riding the trails was awesome! Amy, Charlie and Charlene are great hosts. Planning next year’s trip already.
Accommodations are so clean. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Makes you feel like being home! Bear Rock falls are gorgeous! We took time to visit the other falls in Colebrook too and was well worth it!

Wow! The first word that comes to mind is perfection. We have been traveling for many years, and our suite was beyond 5 stars. Not one detail is missed. Spotless, comfortable, classy accommodations with everything you need. The kitchen is supplied with enough amenities to cook a gourmet meal if you wanted to! We didnt :) There was a great restaurant in town that we enjoyed very much. Nice dishes and matching mugs and glasses which you dont always find. There is so much space! Having a keurig with coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided was so nice, along with snacks. The beds were comfy with nice linens. We slept in both mornings. The location was perfect for us. The views were beautiful. We only met Charlie and he was a delight with a great sense of humor! We're already talking about returning. It was the best place we stayed on our 10 day roadtrip. Thank you!

Amazing is an understatement! The suite is beautiful, spacious and has breathtaking views! You can literally see and feel the pride of ownership with the welcoming aesthetic and finishing touches, we felt right at home!

Owners Amy and Charlie are the most amazing hosts and overall wonderful people. We felt like we knew them forever!!

What a wonderful place they have created! My husband and I stayed there one night and fell in love with the peacefulness. It was so clean too. The owners were gracious and very helpful about visiting the area - some nice waterfalls and hikes. We loved it so much we came back for 2 more nights at the end of our trip to Maine! What a great relaxing place.

Great experience! We are repeat customers...ownership is the key here, they have a very nice property, they keep it very clean and pay attention to every little detail, and they are just really nice people! We will be back!

I cannot say enough about Bear Brook Suites! Such a cozy and beautifully decorated place that truly feels like home! My husband and I went there with our three children (all under the age of 4.5!) and the owners were incredibly accommodating and kind. We loved the breathtaking views, incredible cleanliness, and all the little considerations taken into place to make us feel at ease during our travels. Our kids loved the pond, amazing property to enjoy, and treats left for them :) We will be back!

We had a FANTASTIC stay at Bear Rock Suites on 3 June 2022! The room was amazingly clean. Beds were extremely comfortable but the real gem at Bear Rock is the owner, Amy. She was super friendly, and helpful. Amy clearly enjoys her job. We asked her to give us a ride to/from Mohawk Falls and without hesitation, she said yes. My favorite part of the stay? Rolling back in from our event at Mohawk Falls (late, of course) to find a plate of cookies and snacks waiting for us. FIRST RATE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You need to stay here.

This place was beyond our expectations! Charlie and Amy were amazing and such great people! We needed AAA batteries, Amy had them. We arrived late on our first night, Charlie was prepared with a flashlight! It felt like visiting family you hadn’t seen in a while. The beds were extremely cozy and the recliner was perfect after a long day of being out on the trails, which we had immediate access too! We have already talked about our plans for the next time we come up! This was a hidden gem with so much beauty inside and out!

We had a lovely stay at Bear Rock Suites. Lovely grounds, breathtaking views and warm and gracious hosts. Our lodging facilities were spacious, clean and VERY comfortable. And, the apple trees were loaded with fruit. I would recommend Bear Rock Suites to anybody. FANTASTIC!! We'll be back!

Such a beautiful location!! Incredibly clean & cozy! The hosts were so welcoming... and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed every second of our stay! We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay! Rented out both units for our large group and were very comfortable. Didn’t get in the snowmobiling we wanted with the weather but got to do some sledding. The kids enjoyed playing with 2 of the resident dogs while we were there. The location was beautiful! Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful and stunning. Honestly I'm lost for words when it comes to describing this incredible place. Not only were the rooms more then expected, but the owners went above an beyond and super friendly. I also couldn't get enough of the pups that live here. I would recommend Bear Rock Suites 10 put of 10 times. You won't be disappointed.

What a find!! A beautiful suite with everything you can think of. The views and grounds are breathtaking. Charlie and Amy are friendly and hospitable. We will be coming back!!! There is easy access to trails for riding. This place is a MUST STAY!

We stayed at Bear Rock Suites this past weekend with 6 of my friends. We had an amazing time! The suite was extremely clean and came with lots of extras fresh muffins, and coffee. Jimmy and Vicky were a lot of fun and really cared about our experience. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we needed. We are definitely going back!

We booked this place because of the suite, we wanted something more that the outdated hotel rooms in the area! The suite was perfect, clean, modern and spacious! We met the owners Jimmy and Vicky who are awesome people!
We brought our ATV's to ride the wilds and ended up staying 2 extra days!! This place had a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor gas grill, views of the Balsams Resort and a great outdoor fire pit!!
We will definitely stay here again and will tell all our friends about Jim and Vicky!
