I have no idea what all the bad reviews on here are talking about. I took a very customized big dog to Bill at hellion and he was very accommodating and honest with me. He initially took a quick look at the bike and understood what i was looking for. He worked on the bike and called me with updates every day sometimes twice a day. He explained what could and couldn't be done, the time frame, and gave me multiple options. He spent a ton of time on the bike, and was very thorough and honest. i dont know what more you could ask for....great shop and would definitely return. Very impressed with his knowledge, so happy i finally found someone that knew what they were talking about. Definitely would return.

I was tired of being screwed by The Dealership and want a mechanic who would take good care of my 04 sporty. I have no doubt that I found him at Hellion. He is honest, up front, and reasonable. You can tell he cares about making sure his customers are happy, but most of all that they are safe on the road. I can tell he is VERY knowledgeable & experienced and I am confident I can trust him wrenching on my bike. I look forward to him taking care of my bike long-term! If you're looking for an awesome mechanic, Hellion is the place to go!

I went to Hellions for an inspection and starting issues for my Harley. In a very timely manner I was informed about some other issues, I asked if I could come see the issues in question. Bill told me that was not a problem and to come down. I got there and they were very polite and accommodating on pricing and time frame. When it was all said and done i was extremely pleased. The bike runs great. Getting ready to take it back for some custom work. These guys are great, knowledgeable and thorough. Keep up the great work.

I drove 3 hours to get to Hellion CC. My trailer lost a wheel on the way. lol . Bill and his crew waited for me and helped me fix my trailer.I felt like i have known them for ever the way they treated me.Plus had i had 2 bikes tuned to Perfection by DR Jim from Head Hoggers. I cant say enough about these guys. Very nice and clean shop. Some very nice work. Stop in and check them out.

When I decided that I was ready to replace my bike the owner help me get a great deal on a new one at a dealership that buys his custom bikes.

I would not let another mechanic touch my bike. The owner, Bill Raber, is super knowledgeable and EVERY recommendation he made was awesome. He explains repairs, takes pictures/video to show you, and onky uses the vest parts and vendors to fix your bike. I have seen beautiful ground up custom builds at his shop to small slip-on/powdercoat work. Nothing but happy customers. Schedule an appointment.

Purchased a street Bob from William. His communication and knowledge and making me feel at ease can’t be beat. I’m buying from 2 states over and has let me now of everything and sent me multiple pictures in addition.
Never purchased out of state before but William made sure I had all information and I just can’t say enough about the guy. Definitely returning when it’s time to make some upgrades.

Hellion Custom Cycles took on building my bike after it had eaten its oil pump. They were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Picked my bike up afterwards and it runs like a charm. Couldnt ask for a better person to do business with.

Just had some routine maintenance and custom work done on my 2006 Ultra Classic. Put on twin Peak 12" ape hangers,Boarzila 2 into 1 exhaust, blackwall tires, leather seat, braided cables, while at it they fixed my cruise control, radio connections, and made sure everything was perfect before I picked her up. Without a doubt the people at Hellion Custom Cycles know what a custom bike shop is all about. They care about their customers, the bikes they work on, and they treat people with respect, all at a very low cost. I won't be going anywhere else for service.

Wouldn't take my bike anywhere else!! Bill has showed time, and time again his excellent knowledge, and respect for his customers!!
