Ruby Tuesday

First of all our table of 3 loved the variety of foods available to us. Everybody was pleased with their selection. Secondly, we enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. Finally, Gino was awesome. The quality of service he provided excelled due to his patience with our customized requests ( dishes without black pepper) and his incredible listening ability. We were a happy trio and plan on returning real soon.

Excellent experience. Honey garlic chicken and steak. Steak was cooked to order, flavorful, and juicy. Quick service, cold drinks, and I must day the waiter I had was the most friendly waiter I've ever had! I will definitely be returning. This one is way better than the one in NJ. Highly recommended.

We were on a vacation to PA and this Ruby was next to our hotel. We loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Philly cheesesteak was delicious. The double mashed burgers were cooked and seasoned well. The chicken strips were nicely cooked and still juicy. The salad bar was OK although the variety of the dressings was good. For the drink; we ordered Ruby Relaxer. After several hours of driving, it was really relaxing. We slept well! Thanks for your hospitality, Ruby Tuesday. We'll be back.

Tim, the manger, was amazingly friendly , engaging, and very accommodating. Our waiter, TJ, was attentive and prompt. We’ll definitely return. There was even a couple next to us celebrating their anniversary and we overheard the staff fussing over them. Great customer service!

We popped in on Memorial Day this year just to get out of the house after doing some chores.
Great value, fantastic steaks and a wonderful salmon dish for my husband. The service was great the operator Timothy and server Breanna M. were attentive to us. We will be back!

We got here before the lunch rush hour, so we were seated almost right away. My wife and I decided on the chicken "tacodilla". You get (3) tacos a tasty side dish and some filling on the side. Wow they are not you're average tacos! Very good. We also added their salad bar which provided a lot of unique tasty sides you don't see very often. They had a great variety of veggies, meats, fruits and salad dressings.

Always a pleasure coming here. Restaurant is always clean, Diaya always keeps the salad bar cleaned and well stocked with fresh items. Food is always good and never have an issue and I know if I were to, it would be corrected immediately. Staff, especially Erin, are welcoming and attentive. Been coming here for a long time and will continue to do so.

Was greeted by a very pleasant man named Gino very good customer service! He was also our waiter fast friendly service! Being a retired waitress.. I must say he was very good.

Very clean, well staffed, and our food was perfect.
Our server, Taj, was very attentive and checked on us appropriately. The manager even stopped by our table to ask about service and our meal.
This is one of the best Ruby's we've been to.

My husband and I never go to chains, ever. However, it was his birthday month so they emailed him a free entree coupon. He had a free salad bar and I went with the bourbon salmon. I absolutely loved the salmon and the zucchini that came with it. He also loaded up on the salad bar. To our surprise it was also happy hour, so that meant $3 margaritas, and that even included flavored margaritas. Our waitress was so friendly and we sat in the bar area in a booth, so it felt like a nice environment too and wasn’t so busy in that area. We had an enjoyable experience.

Great experience. Our server TJ was so kind! Super attentive and funny. We went on Mother’s Day and they gave each lady a flower which I thought was such a sweet touch. Enjoyed our food and the garden bar.

We were greeted by Donnie with a Mother’s day wish and a flower! He was so nice and sincere. He came by the table and asked how our food was too! The hostess, Keyahmi, sat us and she was so nice and respectful.
Our server was Bre, and wow, what great service she gave us today! She was so nice and sweet and kept us with everything we needed and asked for!
Timothy, the store manager came by and treated us so nice! He gave us samples of some steak he made and it was so yummy. It is refreshing to visit a restaurant with kind workers!
The food was great too!

We choose to dine here at least once a week because of the great service and food. However the staff is why we keep coming back! We choose to sit on the bar side because Erin has always provided an Exceptional Experience!

Today ,during this Covid 19 time, we ordered pick up, as we want to support one of
our favorite spots to eat. We have usually had great experiences at this Ruby Tuesday..fresh and cold salad bar...well stocked. We have had their burgers,salmon,steak and chicken. This time we had a buy one entree and get one free....Chicken Fresco with baked potato and broccoli with baked potato and we substituted one side with their tomato soup. We each ordered a second chicken breast for $2.00 extra. With this special, we both ate for around $18.00.Great value. Servers were wearing masks and the restaurant area seemed to be practicing "social distancing" with no one sitting at bar. Our food was packaged in secure take-out containers lined with aluminum foil. We heated up a little in the microwave when we got home. No complaints....

TJ was our server and he was so welcoming and warming he mad us feel like we were at home in Alabama. Tim was also just as welcoming and sweet! He was so welcoming and just wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.

TIMOTHY the manager always checks on us to see if the food and how everything is going with our day. The food always comes out good. He does a great job here and is always polite and helpful.

Our server was super pleasant and the food was amazing. The tilapia and deviled eggs were well-seasoned, the salad bar was great, and the chocolate fall cake was delicious. Don’t order the hot chocolate, though. It tastes like water.

Ruby Tuesday's has great deals. Food and service is on par. Our writer we had at the Harrisburg location was immensely cordial and friendly. Gave him a 22% tip👍👍

Hostess was wonderful she has been working there 8yrs. Has blood hair and mature. Very nice we call her Ms ruby Tuesday.
