Party City

Had a wonderful experience just yesterday at the Harrisburg location. The atmosphere was very cheery, and the employees were so nice and helpful!
I ordered a few balloons for my husbands birthday. I live about 30 minutes away, when I got home one of the balloons exploded into shreds.
I called the store to tell them what happened and if I could get it replaced or a refund.
I spoke Regina, and she Ubered me a replacement balloon right away! I got it 45 minutes after I called in. That is going way BEYOND what I ever expected!
I will continue to do all my party shopping here and hope that Regina will continue to work here. She’s an awesome employee!

Kiara and Liz are completely amazing! Throwing a kids party is no simple task and these 2 helped me with everything! And I mean everything. They explained the free balloon delivery promotion they have going on with a $60 purchase which eased so much stress I had been feeling about completing all the day of party tasks, and was able to take one more thing off my overflowing plate. They were both cheery, helpful, kind and down right fun to work with on this party project. I hope their manager reads this because these 2 deserve some credit for everything they helped me with! I truly appreciate everything they did for me! Thanks ladies! Y'all are amazing!

Needed a few letter ballons 34” for my company party and they didn’t have all 3 letters in stock for the blue so I had to go with another color. I followed the text prompts to let them know I was on my way and it gave me a curbside delivery option which exceeded expectations bc then I didn’t have to bring my 6 month old out in the cold! Thank you party city!

Staff was outstanding. Stopped in at last minute to get party supplies. Only place in town that had helium, wait for balloons was 30 minutes. Explained that I had to get to my Granddaughter's party with the balloons & a clerk filled my order in 10 minutes. Made the party in plenty of time. Thank you.

Very nice employees and found what I was looking for. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

The staff was helpful. I found everything I needed for my daughter's birthday. Only thing I'll suggest, please put the table holders where persons can see. Its hiding in different places in isle 4.

They had everything I needed, and a few things I didn't know I needed, for hosting a Christmas party. Lots of birthday stuff, too, especially for kids.

Its fun has way more to look at for a party of holiday also Halloween is a big event they sell stock in. You can do a party in colors or theme you want to do it in. Sometimes they didn't have the kids theme like tractors but I got the colors for it anyway. I give you 5 stars lots o fun

Awesome place to get pretty much any kind of party supplies. Prices are reasonable and they have great costumes as well. If you are planning any kind of event, check here first for supplies.

WOW, Party City had everything dat I wanna & plus more, I haven't been out there 4 awhile & dah my telephone call proved positive dat I rec'd from a female employee who caused me 2 get out there 4 my needz cas my granddaughter LOVEz orange & U guyz had a whole section dat blew me out, I'LL BE BACK, YES-YES-YES!!!
