Storage Sense - Upland - Self Service

I have had my unit for at least 8 years . Facility is clean and well lite . I treat it like my garage .

I made a reservation through a 3rd party and she gave me all wrong information. I spoke with Ash and she was amazing!! She helped to resolve everything and made it work for us to be able to move into a I it so we didn't lose everything. I am so thankful Ash is a great person and went above and beyond for us! I would fully recommend going through her for your storage needs! Thank you so so much Ash!!

Everything with them went smooth. They’re always picking up and very reliable and easy. I needed a storage same day right before my flight and the manager was awesome.

The time that I had the pleasure of doing business withAxis Storage now known as Storage Sense, they did everything possibly to put me at ease with the safety of my belongings at their facility in Aston. Even after a change of ownership and management, the service improved and remained the perfect place to continue entrusting them with my storage needs. I do recommend this place, they have very reasonable prices for the space they provide and always keep you informed of any changes. Thank you for being there for me when others have taken advantage of my vulnerability.

I’ve had a storage unit with these folks for at least 5 years. They have treated me and my representatives with the utmost respect and courtesy. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. I don’t have to worry about the items I’ve left there. Their representative is available if you need help 24 hrs. per day. I recommend this company without hesitation to anyone.

I was in communication with Mark, who met with me at the Upland location. He showed me what units were available and was able to answer all of my questions regarding getting started. He walked me through the process and was clear, concise, and knowledgeable about the procedure. An overall smooth transaction that I will recommend to my family and friends.

Marc, who is the manager for Storage Sense Upland, is a very considerate and helpful person. The outside and inside are being updated to make it look better. It’s been a good experience.
