Took my time and enjoyed the shoe shopping experience. Tried on 6 different pairs of shoes, walked around inside the store and made my purchase very happy.

Great selections. Didn’t always have my size. However, great deals and I eventually found something that fit. Was looking for dress shoes to match my suit.

Always has the sneakers i want. Nike air monarchs the best price and multiple colors. I got black this time

This store is very nice and represents what you'd typically expect from a DSW store. I was able to find a different shoe size that I could not find at any other DSW store that day. The inside of the store is very neat with a wide selection of shoes especially more than the other DSW locations. Very good customer assistance provided. There's also a big parking lot which is convenient for shopping. Would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience shopping at this DSW location.
I tried on a lot of different shoes in search of a style and size that fit me well. Having foot problems, I need a shoe that fits me well while providing me sufficient space in the toe box.
I found a pair that I liked that was in stock, in my size. I wanted a second pair, same size but a different color. This second pair was not in stock in the store.
When I went to pay for the shoes that I had in hand, I asked the lady behind the counter if I could order the second pair of shoes that I desired. The answer was yes, I could order the shoes and have them either delivered to my home or to the store for me to pick up.
I wanted to place the order but there was a wrinkle in the process. I had a DSW coupon that with the purchase of 2 pair of shoes, I would get $20 off of the total price. The wrinkle was in the fact that the in stock shoe purchase and the ordered shoes needed to be wrung up separately. Without any reservations, my coupon was applied to both the in store purchase and the ordered purchase at a $10 savings on each sale. This gave me the $20 savings I was looking to receive.
I left the store with 1 pair of shoes in hand and 1 pair on order. The pair on order would be arriving at my address in 4 to 7 business days.
The ordered pair arrived in 4 days. The packaging was excellent and the contents were in perfect condition, a happy ending to my first DSW shopping experience. It will certainly not be my last. The staff could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. As a consumer, this is what we are looking for in a shopping experience.

i really like this store. i went for back to school shoe shopping. they had so many cute options and a huge variety of brandes and colors. :)

DSW is a great place to get shoes a lot of sales and I told her she has to pick from in all different sizes

This will forever be my favourite shoe store this place makes my heart smile and they don't bother you they just let you shop away if your like me you don't want them asking you for help when I ask you for help just be available

I get my work boots from here!! From the men's department...comfortable and I always seem to have a coupon.

I gave it 5 stars, but this time i didn't see much of what i wanted, and something that i did want wasn't in my size, but i did buy to pairs of slippers.

Great deals on foot wear! Sometimes there aren't enough floor staff to help but they are all friendly! There is usually parking on the DSW side of the mall...
