Lauren was fantastic. She is personable and knows her stuff. Answered all our questions and was very informative. In comparison to my experience in CT, she was by far so much better. She gave us exactly what we needed to make an informed decision on hearing aids.

It was an excellent experience. Lauren is very well spoken and knowledgeable. We both had the most comprehensive hearing tests and she was very clear in her interpretation of the results and her ability to communicate it with us.

I am very pleased with Beltone. I have few issues and every time I called, they helped me. Today my hearing aids were recalibrated due to further hearing loss. They were pleasant and very informative about what was happening.

Yesterday my husband and me were in Belton Hearing Center on our first visit with Dr. Lauren. She gave a lot of attention to my husband, checking his hearing problems, and explaining bout devices. Thank you. Josef and Sofia.

Wonderful experience with receptionist and my hearing specialist was outstanding. I rave about my excellent service I always receive. My friends go to Costco but they're missing out on superb service and I won't give that up. Great staff. I tell everyone. You can go other places but my go to place is Beltone on Jonestown road in Harrisburg. Can't beat all extras available at super. Great job Ladies!! Thanks a bunch.

Highly impressed, very professional, kind, and compassionate staff. They did an excellent job assisting my elderly father with a hearing test and ordering his first set of hearing aides. They were informative and not pushy at all, very pleased.

Super nice staff! She explained everything. Easy to talk too as well. We were only there for my husband but now I kind of want to go back and get my ears checked out too just to be safe. Also love the fact you let us see both of our eardrums not many couples can say they saw that in each other. Thank you guys!

When my mother and I went there in 11/9/22, for a hearing check. My mother PCP need another update on her hearing and her hearing aid. She was having so much problems with this type of hearing aid they are no good at all. So we made a appointment and when got there MS. Lisa the Receptionist was kind and warm to us and had us fill out papers, and also ask us for our insurance cards and ID and some questions. After that she ask us if we need something to drink or coffee. After waiting for a little bit when was our time Ms. Sandy came out for us and ask some questions, and have mom take her hearing aids out so she can check them out. She to told us that they are not a good brand of hearing aids. So mom got ears check out to see if there was any wax in her ears there was none, next was the hearing test. After all said and done she ask us if wants to try this type of hearing aid out or another kind. Told Ms Sandy mom wants the brands she had before this brand that didn't work right at all for her. Once she was done then it was my turn for the little questions and then follow by the test. Once Ms Sandy was done with both of us she made sure if any questions please call them and they will do their best to answer our questions. Even though this is small to med office there never a long wait for your turn unless there was flushing of ears going on etc, you have your turn next. So please try this office out these ladies will help you out the best they can. But make the call first to make sure they take your type of insurance. We were put at ease in this office for test and etc.

after Vinny visited our sr. center with his presentation on hearing loss etc., and offered a free hearing examination, i was quickly able to set up an appointment for a free hearing test, i was given a reminder call the day before my appointment, i was greeted pleasantly and professionally, welcomed into the exam area. all was explained in depth about the exam and the results were also thoroughly explained. no pressure to purchase hearing aids(my test showed none needed presently). over all, pleasant experience and would recommend this place of business to friends and family.

I went here, concerned about my hearing. Too many concerts in my youth, standing in front of the speakers. Lisa, the receptionist, was so welcoming and helpful! I believe she does a lot of other jobs besides the receptionist job. Sandy did my hearing test and was very personable, warm, and professional. She helped me so much. I highly recommend this office and company!!!

This Beltone location in Harrisburg is one terrific hearing aid provider. I took my brother there to be evaluated then fitted for hearing aids. Sandy and Lisa are the best. They are very friendly and personable. They make you feel comfortable and put you at ease. The hearing test and procedures are thoroughly explained. The hearing test results are thoroughly explained. These ladies are very professional. Although I was not the patient everything was explained to me as well. The office is centrally located and the waiting room is very comfortable offering plenty of snacks and drinks for your pleasure. I highly recommend this Beltone!

I got a referral here from my family doctor. Turns out they sent me to the wrong place, despite this, the ladies helping me at Beltone were more than willing to assist with my problems. They answered all of my questions to the best of their knowledge, and recommended my next steps to get my hearing back. On top of all of that the people here are super nice and kind. Even though my experience was not a traditional one, I can only imagine how great this place is if you're having a hearing issue.

After trying 3 different hearing aid I finally was able to meet with Sandy @ Beltone Harrisburg, PA. She tried to work with my previous hearing aids, but to no avail she finally told her Supervisor she was getting me a better pair. I could not be more happy, they are great. Sandy and Lisa from the Harrisburg , PA office are fantastic, so kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location.

I have been using this Beltone office since I got my first pair of hearing aids. I have seen many different audiologists over the years. I have always had a good experience with all of them. The present one Sandy and Lisa as her office person have always been very responsive to any time I have called with a question or need for service. Glad they are there and can help me when I have a need. Keep up the good work.

Beltone Harrisburg is a great place to do business! Sandy and Lisa were both very friendly yet professional. Sandy did a great job and was very patient with my mother-in-law, even when she experienced a bit of vertigo due to the testing. Overall, it was a great experience!

My mother-in-law has never been happy with her hearing aides Lisa and Sandy went above and beyond helping her . Sandy even reprogrammed her current hearing aides We were so impressed that my wife and I plan to return soon with both of her 89 year old parents to purchase new hearing aides Thank you for your kindness and concern.
