Red Wing - Harrisburg, PA

I called after hours and inquired about a shoe and hours of the store during Memorial Day. Andrew took the time to return my call the following day (Memorial Day) before he opened the store, to let me know he had the shoe in stock and he would be opening shortly. He did a great job showing me the shoe as well as offering alternatives and sizing me up for one as well. He was kind, very nice to talk to and easy going. He showed me other products, but didn’t pressure me into buying them once I told him I wasn’t interested. If you’re looking for a more personal and positive experience and looking for a Red Wing Shoe, I highly recommend going the Harrisburg store and talking to Andrew.

I’ve had so many good experiences here I can’t even hardly start to explain all my gratitude for this awesome franchise. From my first fitting with Andrew, who laced up my boots in an awesome manner, and practiced perfect salesmanship to my last couple of online orders, which were orchestrated very well with Jennifer and Rachel. I’ve had absolutely no stress with this company and these employees and everything has been a breeze from in-store purchase to out of store purchase.

The customer service at this store is amazing. First the employees are super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. She had no problem talking to me about the boot I was looking at and the various features and benefits of buying Red Wings.

Second, my foot is an odd size. After trying on a 13 that didn't quite fit she was willing to search various other stores for a 12 and 12 wide.

I figured trying to get a 12 wide would be difficult but after a few weeks they were able to locate one and have it shipped in. It fit perfectly.

No one ever gave any attitude about me trying on different sizes and having to locate the correct fit. Everyone was just incredibly helpful.

I walked in to look at the new TruGuard Lite and was met with a wonderful lady who seemed to know her way around Redwing boots. She helped me decide if these boots were going to be a good match for my work. She also helped me figured out what to do with my old boots and why they were dry rotting and cracking. I did indeed walk out with the TruGuard Lite.

Not my local Red Wing, but one of the guys at work told me to go here instead of the local one. He was right! Rachael was super helpful when I needed boots for work. I needed Static Dissipative ones. They located one of the last 2 in my size in the country and had them shipped to my house in 2 days!

Stopped in for a new pair of insoles for my current daily work boot. Got great service, a top notch insole and wonderful conversation. As I expected I found a new pair of boots I have been eyeing. Decided I wanted the 8” variety and they were ordered promptly.

I went to the Harrisburg store to purchase my boots .Ive been there before. Andy who is your employee there is so knowledgeable an treats people with top notch respect, He makes shopping there a pleasure. Andy is the man .

Andrew consistently goes above and beyond. To ensure a proper fit & the proper upsell with the footbeds. Always a great experience coming to Linglestown to visit this store and take care of my feet!

Expect to spend a pretty penny, but the price is well worth the quality and care that goes into these shoes. They measure you and make sure it fits right the first time and have no problems ordering something that will fit. This is a very good store and I strongly recommend them for shoes that can handle a tough job and last.

I'm so grateful to God that steel-toe boots have come such a long way! I stopped by Red Wing shoes to get some boots in my size, in my budget, and within my taste. My eye was drawn to so many nice boots on display that didn't work for me because they were more than I could afford, they were too big or too small, or they really didn't suit my taste. Just as I was getting ready to leave, the amazing Jennifer miraculously reappeared from the back of the store with the PERFECT boots that met the budget, were my exact size, and were super cute! To make matters even more spectacular, Jennifer was so nice to me, and she was so encouraging, and her words gave me hope. I told her a little bit about my past and she didn't shun me or criticize me or ostracize me. Instead, she hugged me. From the moment we walked in the store Jennifer greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. This was my first time ever in a Red Wing Store and I was blown away by her level of service. She pulled numerous boots from the back as recommendations after listening to my needs. I have never had an experience purchasing footwear in which an employee of the company was so willing to help and pleasant. She managed to stay pleasant even when a customer interrupted our conversation about boot fitment, and was able to help us both extremely efficiently. Jennifer helped me pick a pair of boots in-stock and ordered me a second pair that I was looking for. In addition to Jennifer, the whole store had a warm comfortable feel that put us at ease for our shopping experience. I would strongly recommend this store to anyone looking for boots.

AAA customer service at that place. I called from Oregon in search of a stray pair of 3353's.
They called around to verify it was an inventory mess up but they did it.
I have to imagine the in store experience will be similar.

It was a simple sale. I bought the same boots in the same size. Just wanted an extra pair to throw in a rotation. Although out of stock in store, they are being shipped for free directly to my residence. Love it!

Service here was fantastic great quality products for fair prices - I got fitted and found everything that I needed and wanted! I will definitely be going back for my future footwear needs! My shoes had to be ordered but they will be shipped right to my front door for free! Cant wait to get them

The store owner was really knowledgeable and accommodating it's a pleasure to walk in. He gives great info and help I need when looking for a new pair of work boots it makes the buying process that much more enjoyable.

Had A great experience! I believe this was my third time at this location and every time they have been friendly and helpful. The last pair of boots I bought were from 2016 so I felt like getting an updated and lighter weight work boot, the young man behind the counter was very helpful and let my try on probably 6 or 8 pairs of boots and I found exactly what I was looking for, and I appreciate his patients! I will definitely be back when I am due for a new pair..

Just received my IR's in the mail the day after I ordered them from the store. Couldn't be happier. This is my 3rd pair of Red Wings from this location and the customer experience is always outstanding. That's how you secure your business a returning customer.
