Dunkin'

We went through for 2 iced coffees. They was made perfect and the staff are extremely polite and kind.

I visit the list location daily before work and the service is always amazing. Friendly staff and they know their regulars. Kevin and the other gentlemen (forgot his name), are always in good moods and provide excellent service. A big turn around from where it was a year ago with the old staff.

Picked up a large order with a number of modifications. Got it all out no problem. Very respectful as well.

Stopped in on a Saturday 5/6/23 around 3-4pm because there were only a few cars in the drive thru. It seemed to be taking a very long time, but eventually realized that there was only 1 gal working! She was taking it 1 car at a time and she was killing it. This girl deserves a raise and a manager position for that type of dedication.

Clerk was having trouble with the cash register software.
She took care of us pleasantly even though it was obvious she was annoyed with the situation.

Overall, very professional.

BTW, the donuts were good too.

We went through the drive thru and got two coffee which tasted delicious! Great service with a big smile and greeting from the man working. Great place for morning coffee!

My daughter works at this store and knows how to treat her customers and makes sure the coffee & tea are made fresh, and items are stocked. When she worked evenings, she made the donuts because when she did them, she'd make sure they were filled properly and she made & made sure her station was clean when she finished. She takes pride in her work and effort to make customers happy.
Also, right now, Dunkin at this location closes at 7pm due to some staffing issues and if they're short handed and drive thru busy, they may need to close the lobby from time to time. She works mornings now, so hope you get to experience her kindness!

Great customer experience! Quality was great as well. I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman working the drive-thru was very kind (realized I was having a bad day) and had a quick chat with me. Made my day! He even asked how my iced latte was (very good) and wished me a good day.

Got kicked out of my Uber this morning and was late for work and missed breakfast. Went in here and almost started crying when I realized I lost my card. Cashier gave me a free donut. Great guy. Made my morning.

This place has been completely remodeled and newly staffed. The service is friendly and mostly FAST! Love the new crew. Keep it up!

Many of us love donuts. But there are some who can't drive. If you want to stop at this place for a donut and a coffee, but don't have a car, MetroBus route number 9 can take you there.

I never have any issues here, the line is sometimes slow moving but that all depends on what people order.

Always greets me at intercom + the pace of the line is one of the fastest I've seen. I'm not all about speed but that goes to show that this place has the mindset to work !
