In the two accidents I was in over the years, (not my fault) they went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. the first accident I only had liability, Afterwards I added collision and roadside Services due to the quality of service. Even if something came up cheaper I will not change.

In fact, even BEFORE I bought either a house or a policy, HMH staff gave me pointers on how to factor in flood zone info into potential home purchases. By 2nd or 3rd call people practically recognized my voice when they answered. All deliverables were delivered on time, and were very user-friendly. Yeah, you can color me SATISFIED!
