J.M. Boswell's Pipes and Tobacco

I frequent Boswell's as much as I can, and love everything about it. You will not find a better brick and mortar store to buy pipes, cigars, and everything else you need for this hobby. The customer service is first class, and there is often a great conversation going on in the smoking lounge. The selection of products is great, high quality, and good prices too. I am fortunate to have such a great place near me. JM Boswell goes out of his way to make every customer happy.

My first time visiting. Loved the time that I was able to spend with Mr J M Boswell and the store. Awesome place. Definitely looking forward to seeing them again soon.

Sad to say that there are very few legendary pipe shops left in the country. Boswells is one of them. Peretti, Iwan Reis, McCranies, and a few in Alabama are all that are left. The whole gang there are fantastic. The state is killing retail tobacco so please support them all.

Great place for pipes, fine cigars, pipe tobacco and other smoking accessories. J Boswell is a master pipe smith. You can purchase his own amazing creations as well as those from other fine manufacturers. If you need a repair or custom work, he's the best around.

Ordered online and received my order 2 days later.... ordered on a Saturday and arrived on monday....YOU CANT ASK FOR MORE!!! I AM VERY HAPPY !!! It's a must stop every time I'm in the area. Very well stocked. I always pick up some rough rider little guy and bigger one. Owner is a wonderful guy super easy going. A++

Wonderful. Have two pipes. Had one repaired twice since I keep stepping on the stem. Each time comes back better than before. And tobacco is just the best.

New cigar smoker. In two short visits, I've learned more from JM than anywhere else I've been. Very very clean shop with a beautiful smoke lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. It's well worth the 2 hours round trip for me.

I recently bought a box and bundle of cigars online, and I just received the package. I received it in less than 2 weeks, it was packaged well, and the cigars are fresh! Most importantly, the prices were fair and very affordable. I will definitely be shopping with J. M. Boswell again!!!

This shop and it’s proprietor offer such an excellent experience I had to leave a review. As a recreational cigar enthusiast the owner recommended 3 cigars based on what I described having enjoyed in a past and they were by far the finest and most enjoyable cigars I’ve had to date. This place has the best customer service you will ever experience. J.M.'s hand made pipes are beautiful, smoke amazingly, and are reasonably priced. You get the benefit of 40+ years of experience in the tobacco trade. The selection of tobacco is outstanding with something for everyone and the Boswell blends are better than any large manufacturers. The selection of cigars in the humidor is extensive. The lounge is welcoming and comfortable. Even on your first visit you will be treated like an old friend.

Great place for better cigars, at fairly reasonable retail prices. Of course, Mr. Boswell is one of the nation's greatest pipe makers and his craft is on display in the store as well. People order his blended pipe tobacco from all over the world, which is also available at his shop.

Great Service. The guy here spent time helping me pick cigars for a party and was very understanding when I knew little-to-nothing about cigars. What I bought was a hit, and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely come here for any tobacco needs in the future.

I have only order once for a present for my husband but my husband orders all the time. He loves their tobacco and pipes. Nice quality and lovely smells. Everything arrives super quick.
