Grace was simply the best. We went in for carpet because we could not find flooring to match our other flooring. She had samples of carpeting out. She was ver knowledgeable on all sorts of flooring. She was super helpful with what we thought we wanted- she also pulled some other wood flooring samples and ordered a sample for us. She came out to the house for measurements and had the sample of the other flooring- held it against ours. Sent me a picture- It was such a close match that we decided to go for the wood look instead of carpeting. Grace was extremely helpful- I highly recommend her !!

We special ordered carpet and when it came in and installed it was great! The guys were so professional and really very quick and thorough. Grace was really great at keeping us informed of the progress.

Grace came to our home and helped us choose an option that fit within our budget. These guys did an amazing job installing our carpet in all 4 rooms! They were quick and even helped my husband move some heavy stuff back when I was pregnant and couldn't help him haha. Highly recommend!!

We have had Fike Bros complete 2 complicated tile projects as we updated our home and finished a full bath in the basement. Every person we have interacted with has been helpful and personable. The workmanship was excellent! Our heated tile main floors and complicated shower/bath turned out gorgeous!

Grace was incredible! I needed a closeout vinyl plank for an old farmhouse. Unfortunately there wasn't enough and there wouldn't be any more available. Grace suggested mixing planks from another type that was close in color. It worked out and I can't tell where the planks are mixed in. Many thanks to Grace for her input! God bless!

Thankyou Fikes Bros for the phenomenal tile work you did in our home remodel and new addition. The backsplash is stunning with my new cabinets and I loved that you so beautifully incorporated the horse tile mural I had purchased into the design. I love the rubber tread edging on the tiled stairs to the basement. It has made the stairs so much safer for our grandkids and pups and it looks beautiful. The heated tile floor in the new bathroom is stunning and warm! Loving it. It was great to work with you from choosing the flooring to the installation. Followup was great. We are so pleased with our new floors. The installers Tyler and Dylan did an amazing job of tearing out our old flooring, moving all of our furniture and installing the new flooring. At the end of each day they made sure everything was cleaned up.

I had an excellent experience with Fike brothers. Grace and John showed up promptly to give me a quote. This was important so that I could get things turned into my insurance company. They quickly scheduled me for installation. Their installers were top notch as well. Tyler and Dillon, hope I got the names right, we’re very careful with my belongings and took care of every detail. I didn’t mention to them that I installed flooring for seven years. So I know that they did things correctly paying attention to all the finish details. Overall, they were very professional, prompt, and took care of every detail.

The sales team was personable and knowledgeable. They did not press higher priced carpeting on us while we chose between several options. They simply presented the samples and explained the differences without pushing any one of them.
