Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Harbor

I have stayed at hundreds of Marriott’s across all their brands over the last 30 years and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms, beautiful location, excellent fitness center, good restaurant. Coffee out in the lobby for the early risers at 5 a.m. Just overall an unexpectedly great stay.

I love this place. Steps from Hen and Juniper, right at the top of the hill, beautiful lake views the whole time you stay. The staff are responsive and attentive, and you can count on them to make your stay enjoyable. Tip the people who make your experience memorable, the wonderful people at Burlington Harbor are the reason the hotel feels so welcoming and amazing. I will stay here anytime I can, this is my favorite Marriott location.

Not your average Courtyard. Beautiful views from the room extending across the lake to the Adirondack Mountains. We were only in town a short time but I would certainly recommend the Courtyard Burlington Harbor for its views, proximity to Waterfront Park & Church Street, and meeting all cleanliness expectations!

I loved my stay here. Great room, awesome bar and restaurant, great views, friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient to waterfront and other locations. I strongly recommend - a great place to stay in Burlington.

This place is a great stay. Big beds, couch, desk and big rooms. Bathroom was very clean with lots of hot water and a bar of soap. The restaurant here was a little too much for me and expensive.

This is the best Courtyard I’ve stayed at. I was a bit hesitant booking here having stayed at a Hilton next door and I’m glad I did. The rooms are nice. Staff had such a fantastic attitude and I prefer the size of this hotel compared to a much larger Hilton. Overall 5 stars to courtyard 3.5 stars to Hilton. They deserve a premium price over Hilton

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the valet service greatly assisted us during our stay. The rooms were pleasantly clean, with a generous 2 pm checkout. We also appreciated the availability of a hot tub and pool.

Just great. Lovely views of the lake. Easy walk to shopping. Nice rooms, excellent housekeeping, reasonably pleasant front desk staff. The restaurant is (thankfully) not your typical Courtyard Bistro, but rather a VERY good full-service place with an excellent breakfast. Easy self parking.

Will definitely stay again. Recommended.

I’m not even sure where to start (in the best way possible).

We just spent 3 days at the Courtyard Harbor for my 35th birthday and Sophie and the front desk team did everything possibly to make it special. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a whirlpool and a view of the lake and had a super cute welcome gift of local treats and a card waiting for us in the room. We were also treated to some drinks at the hotel bar (Frank was awesome and so skilled!). Every single little touch was thoughtful, generous and appreciated!

The hotel is so close to everything that it was super easy to walk and explore the area as well as to pop in and out with our car whenever we wanted to go a bit further.

The room was also spotless and my partner had everything he needed in the fitness room.

I’m not sure our stay there can possibly be topped but we will absolutely be back.

Just came back from a very enjoyable weekend stay at the Marriott Courtyard in Burlington, Vermont. The staff was professional and courteous. Our room had a beautiful view of Lake Champlain. We really had a good night sleep. We found the parking convenient and the location an easy walk to the pedestrain mall shops on Church Street. We had a delicious breakast in the on site restaurant. We enjoyed the jazz music in the lobby in the evening...very relaxing to sit by the fire place and listen! Everythig was great! Thank you!

Great waterfront location! Covered parking is wonderful for cold winter months.

I was a walk in and I came in at 11 o’clock at night and Ella was so incredibly kind and welcoming. She helped me find the exact type of room that I needed. It was perfect for me, it was immaculately clean and so quiet and had all the amenities that I needed. The Wi-Fi worked great, and there was also a cozy fire in the lobby to sit by. Waking up to the view was an added bonus! I was so grateful to Ella for finding me such a safe and quiet and perfect room. The parking garage was easy to use and I appreciate that the room keys are needed to move the elevator, it was an added feeling of security. the front desk workers in the evening in the morning we’re both incredibly kind and warm. The gentleman in the morning was very very nice. These people are the soul of the business and I think they are an excellent face for Marriott. Thank you again so much, Ella!

Nice hotel, great location. Nice pool and hot tub, but they keep the room with the pool a little too hot. Pretty good food in the restaurant. Incredible views of the lake. Free bikes for rent also!

Stayed her for my wedding this weekend. The staff repeatedly went out of their way to make sure it was a great experience. From a great room upgrade to just making things easier. Great spot!

Employees are very friendly. The hotel is in a great location and offers great views of Lake Champlain. Rooms are a decent size and reasonably comfortable.

We are Bonvoy members and have stayed at dozens of Marriotts. This specific one by far exceeded our wildest expectations. We got a King w/sofa and lake view on 8th floor. That was the most spectacular view of Lake Champlain! Best view we’ve ever had at any Marriott. Not sure if we lucked out but our rate was extremely reasonable, far less than I would imagine for that amazing view. The sunset over the lake was perfectly framed in our window every evening. It was magical. Walked straight out of hotel to walking/bike path and boardwalk along the lake. Entire area is walkable. We parked and didn’t touch our car again until we left. Location location location!! Staff was so friendly and helpful. They even have courtesy bikes for use. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, it made our trip!

Nice hotel in a great location in Burlington! From the hotel, it's an easy walk to restaurants and shops downtown. You are also less than a quarter of a mile from the beautiful greenway along Lake Champlain. The hotel is clean and well-maintained and staff are helpful in offering directions or restaurants to visit. The pool is decent-sized and the decor--photographs of Vermont scenes--is really lovely. The rooms are nice and spacious, but the pillows are flat and essentially non-existent. If you live within driving distance, it would be worth it to pack your own pillow to ensure a better night's sleep. Besides the pillows, this hotel is a perfect way to explore Burlington!

This was an excellent choice. Great location. There’s awesome views to the Lake. The staff was incredibly accommodating based on some situation that occurred. I couldn’t have asked for a better situation. Highly recommend the stay. Cheers to the staffing here; especially Sam (Night Shift on 1/23/2023) who assisted further. He went above and beyond. Exceeded expectations and was not necessary at that level of customer service. Exceptional customer service experience.

This was a pleasant surprise. The lobby was well put together with several independent areas, including lounges. The room I was given was spacious, clean and with amazing views. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom comfortable. Overall, a great spot with modern decor and inviting ambience.
