Excellent, personalized care from the first phone call to schedule an appointment! The dentists provided a thorough exam, explained the best options for my oral care, and worked with me to schedule procedures according to my timeline and budget. During the first appointment, I had a filling replaced, and the procedure was absolutely painless! I would highly recommend Kraisinger Family Dentistry to even the most apprehensive of patients. They're kind, considerate, and professional.

I love the entire staff! They are all so friendly and polite. About a month ago, my 5 year old needed a tooth pulled and they did amazing with him. This past weekend he needed a small filling. I think he did a lot better than expected because he is comfortable with everyone! Very good with kiddos that have special needs also!

From the young ladies at the reception desk, to every professional who treated me, all gave me the most skillful,courteous & caring attention that is rare in any office today. I have not been to the dentist for 26 years, due to a fear and horrible experiences when I was young.
While on vacation I broke a tooth and had to decide to go to the dentist, no matter how much my fear overwhelmed me.
I picked this dental office because of the picture of the inviting, relaxing looking waiting area. I called and was a wreck just talking to the front desk. Jess was very kind, patient and understanding of my fear.
I arrived for my first appointment riddled with the same fear I had on the phone. Holly was terrific, she helped ease my panic and was great. Then, in walks Dr. Dan, he too was very understanding, patient and kind. I am now in the process of getting all my teeth fixed, and everyone in this office is super great. I do not have enough kind words for them. I would like to thank them for helping me through this and getting me back on track with dental visits.

Awesome place for someone who has major fear and anxiety about the dentist, Dr Kraisinger and his staff are extremely attentive, courteous, patient, sympathetic, understanding and really do treat you like you are valued person by genuinely caring about your needs during your procedure. I cannot thank them enough for the gentle yet professional treatment I received during my entire visit. I would highly Recommend them to anyone.

I've been to both Greensburg and Indiana locations and both are wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I've gotten the help I needed with my dental issues. You want a dentist that truly cares then go to Kraisinger Family Dentistry!

Dr. Kraisinger is a very caring dentist. He is very meticulous & does a really good job at making you feel comfortable. I wish I would have been going to him long ago. The people who work for him in the front off & in the back are all very friendly and fun. I always feel comfortable when I am there.

best experience at a dentist office that I have ever had (and I have been to several in the area!) They took time to explain things, I didn't feel rushed through questions that I had and the customer service was top notch. The entire staff was pleasant and inviting. I also thought it was great that they had a special running for $150 whitening services and all proceeds went to a local person in need. My entire family will be moving over to their office for dental services, and I have made several recommendations to other family and friends.

One of the coolest looking dentist's offices I've been in! Everyone is extremely welcoming and kind. The cleaning I got was not harsh in any way and they even have a TV on the ceiling with Netflix for a relaxing experience! Excellent service, this will definitely be my dentist from here on out!

Such a beautiful clean office with wonderful,experienced staff who made sure I was comfortable and was happy to explain every detail of what they were going to do. Best dental experience I’ve ever had!! Extremely friendly staff, Angie did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Loved the Tv on the ceiling to watch while I was in the chair as well. Highly recommend this dentist office! I will certainly be back.

My entire family goes to Kraisinger Family Denistry. The office is absolutely amazing and so are the people who work there. Very welcoming the minute you open the door. Our hygentist, Holly, is by far the best! She is amazing with us anxiety driven adults and with the scared kiddos. Always making our visits a breeze.

When my family and I walked in, they were in the middle of gossiping about us and as soon as they saw us they stopped. The women are friendly, but clearly immature. I still would recommend this dentist, but you need to watch what you say about patients and to who. Sorry that some people don't live a perfect life like you females must.

Another step of my journey is completed. As usual my visit was great! Everyone at the office is so professional , compassionate and kind. I have a few more visits and my smile will be complete again. THANK YOU !

I want to let everyone know how pleased I am with my dental visit .Dan Stoner did a fine job fixing my teeth and told me every thing up front. He worked fast so I wasn't there as long. Mark Yerty also did a fine job filling my teeth I'm pleased with the assistant work also. Good job.

Was a wonderful experience. Other dentists weren't able to get my daughter's x-rays and they could! Overall a nice group of people would recommend to everyone!
