Kohl's

Grace was the staff member that was so kind and patient helping me. This was my first time I had met Grace. She was a delight and forthright with her opinion which I respected as I was shopping for my son and I valued her opinion. She is an asset to kohls.

Very friendly sale associate plus very helpful. Clean store, nice shopping atmosphere, aisles easy to get through, not jam-packed crowded.

One of the best stores in Indiana. Always have a good selection of up-to-date items in clothing and kitchen and home goods. Some things can be a bit pricey, but the sales are usually very generous here. Staff are always friendly and the store has a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Original: I really like this store! The staff is always very friendly, regardless of whether I'm purchasing an item or making a return. I like that Kohls has a LARGE selection of items, yet the store isn't cluttered. I never see clothes laying on the floor or stuff setting where it doesn't belong, etc. And it's kept very clean, even in the winter when snow is being tracked in. The rewards program is great, as is the Kohls Cash program. This store was a wonderful addition to the Indiana community!

Great new Kohl's...clean, organized, well stocked and friendly staff. Featuring clothing, house child items, shoes and more. The best thing about the Indiana Mall. New store opened recently. Would recommend. Plenty of parking.

Just opened and we got in and out of there in about half an hour. So organized! Awesome staff! So friendly and the shoes are great! Never been to a store opening so put together it was great! Going back today!

I was really amazed that this Kohl's was so much bigger than I ever imagined. I have been going to Monroeville Mall area for some 25 years plus but never knew that it was a two storied store. In addition, I was very happy to find that they had a big section for children and I was able to find clothes which I used to buy from Sears in olden times when Sears was there. So I'm glad those kind of clothings for babies and children are still available at a reasonable price at Kohl's. Thank you.

Came in with a friend to find a few pairs of jeans and the nice worker with rainbow bangs was extremely helpful and courteous. Will most definitely be coming back anytime I need new jeans.

Clean, well-maintained, and friendly staff, large selection of items from clothing and jewelry to home goods and kid stuff. Curbside and in-store pickup available, very few empty shelves, and even offer masks and sanitizer upon entry.

I had a great experience. Jason and Kristen were super helpful and so pleasant. I am so glad to have had such amazing customer service especially during the holidays and COVID.
