Look, I don't know what the beef is, but I was treated with courtesy. I made a mistake on the beef sheet & didn't realize it until a couple of months later. Called & they rectified it immediately. The Brisket was turned into hamburger. The sales woman said there were two in the freezer waiting for me. I'm also partial to Bourbon & the owner has a good selection. One stop shopping.

I got mest from you but if People are bringing pig. Whatever you guys better start checking out your employees. Or someone that is ripping them off. I've had no problem. What I've bought and for you is very good. But that's really Upsets me Everybody spends so nice to me and there. Only been there 3 times now. And everything I've gotten was really good. So I cannot leave a bad feedback.

We have had all very positive experiences with Heritage. We have both beef and pork processed through them and they did an excellent job, friendly service and easy pick up. I recommend you give them a try.

Heritage Country Meats processed a cow I got from Gander Family Farms and it’s the best quality ground beef I’ve ever had, the steaks are cut beautifully and everything was wrapped perfectly. The process was very easy and any questions I had were addressed immediately. I’m very impressed.

Picked up my half of pig yesterday and everyone was very helpful, the place is very clean and neat!!!! I made a pork butt roast and was delicious!!! Will be a return customer!!!

Wow!! I was able to pick up and get in and out in no time. Packing looks amazing! They were happy to deal with cut sheet with no problems. Manager loaded and went through my orders with me. This is the second time processing my steers.

Beautiful!! Impressed with the product received back from our pasture raised angus steers. Professional labels, quality cryovac, & clearly labeled boxes that included the box weight (which was awesome when I delivered the boxes of burger). Quality in and quality out - thanks for the professional representation of the products produced on our farm.

I processed a beef here. It was cut as requested. The meat was boxed and brought to my car at time of pickup. Easy to work with. Will come back again.

I've tried heritage before and would agree with all the negative comments. We all know it's hard to get into a butcher now a days and when the only appointment I could get was through heritage I was skeptical. After talking to them and finding out the changed management I felt a little safer. Well we got our meat and out of a party of 4 the only thing I can complain about is they only do 1 pound packages of ground beef. Also be nice if the offered different flavored beef sticks and do beef bacon. Otherwise love the easy pickup in boxes. Everything we've tried is excellent. Glad heritage is figuring things out.

I have been working with Heritage Country Meats for over a year. Like any new start up business it's tough to be perfect! Try it yourself sometime! I'm still with them a year and is all I can say they have came a long way. I give them a A+ on cutting, they do the best job cutting beef and presentation is perfect! Also I have to say with their limited phone coverage, we utilize email, smart locker and leave messages, they always connect thru one of these communication tools. I will continue to use them for all my processing and encourage past and new customers to give them a try!
