Stopped by Staples for a Tech to look at my computer. The associates were very helpful and courteous. Nate, a Staples Tech was a lifesaver. My computer had ransomware and I was not able to login. These scammers took my computer hostage, but Nate knew exactly how to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Nate if you have been a victim of scammers. Thank you Nate and staff.

I was at the Indiana,Pa store today and want to thank Lisa and Jada for there help. Lisa worked with me to help me try to get forms out of my cell phone. Your company needs to think about giving her bonuses or raises, what a great people person. Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing establishment! They have a great selection of products, so I’m almost always able to find what I came there for! The products are usually high quality, and not too expensive. Staff are also always friendly!

I always like to go to Staples to check their office supply along with various gift items which I can give to people. Often I find very unique products especially in their clearance area which I buy for stocking stuffers and other occasions. I always got good service from the staff there. They are willing to help you if you have any questions or if you are looking for any specific products. I have bought computers, flash drives, paper for printers, and printer to from Staples. I like the quality of their products very much. Thank you.

There was a man that walked in while I was there and was acting completely unstable asking for money and vexing very erratic and following me around and making a scene and scaring me.. all the employees pulled together to get me out of there safely by distracting him and helping me leave instead of ignoring the situation and I'm so thankful they did ! It's hard to train for situations like that or to know how to handle them and they did a great job

I took my computer into Staples with a virus and it was repaired and had excellent service. The tech even asked if I wanted him to come into our home but since we lived so close we took it into the store. I would recommend this store to anyone.

The employees were friendly and helpful and it was also clean. I got my new laptop from staples. I give a 5 stars for Staples. I am also talking about the staples in Indiana, PA which I think doesn't matter but saying it anyways. I would recommend going to staples. They also do really care about money cause they recommend a cheaper laptop because of less storage to me because it will make the computer run faster. I went February 27th of 2018.
