I have gone to Parkhill Jewelry for a variety of reasons. I have purchased jewelry from them, sold jewelry to them, I had gotten a ring sized by them, and I also had them solder my wedding band and engagement ring together. The associates are super friendly and attentive to your needs/wants. When dropping jewelry off, whether its for sizing, soldering, or something else, they do their best to get it back to you quickly, and are pretty accurate with the date they provide you for when they expect it to be ready. Their prices, whether you are looking to buy or looking for services such as sizing, are very reasonable and they offer a lay away type option for those bigger purchases that you may need a little time to pay for. If you are looking for a place you can trust, with amazing customer service, and great prices, Parkhill Jewelry is it!

Super friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff. I recently had my Grandad's Waltham pocket watch refurbished and serviced. I couldn't have asked for more, from length of time, pricing and courteous service I don't think you'll find another shop within several counties with this caliber of service. BTW, my 111 year old watch looks awesome and keeps great time. THANK YOU AGAIN.

I brought 4 watches in to replace the batteries. I also needed a ring re-sized.
Coming down from the New York metro area, I looked for a jeweler to have this done as 2 of the watches were Rados and the other were Movados. I was surprised they called the next day to notify me the watches were ready. I am completely irate the they were ready so fast. I expected to wait a reasonable amount of TIME of up to say 2 weeks.

Now the ring. It had been sized before there. They had the utter audacity to not charge for the resize. That’s just plain ridiculous. Right?

Now, prior to leaving with my watches, Brooke HAD to point out some of the clearance items nearby. Shame on her for doing that! Unfortunately, there was a beautiful heart shaped pendant depicting a “stained glass look.”

I am so totally upset with Brooke for pointing this out to me. I needed to buy Another piece of jewelry, for my wife, like I’d need a hamburger. Geez…

These days it is my expectation that I will receive poor customer service. It was quite the opposite. Shame on Brooke for “forcing” me to buy the heart.😉

By the way, if you’re in need of jewelry and horribly awesome customer service, I’d suggest you see Brooke. I’m sure she’ll provide the same “awful” service I received. It was totally unfortunate that she’s darn good at what she does.

I've been in my share of jewelry stores in the past 25 or so years, but this one reminded me of one from back home in SC. Not a chain store, private owned, friendly, welcoming, warm and sincere. Beautiful jewelry selection, great deals and specials. Highly recommended! Brooke helped me, but they were all friendly and very helpful.

My husband and I have purchased many pieces from Parkhill over the years and have always been extremely pleased with the quality and service. Very both knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had both Bernie and Donna help me and they were Amazing!!! Donna took her time and was very helpful when I was looking for a band to go with my ring that I got from my grandmother so I could use it as my new wedding set. I ended up finding a Amazing band and can not wait to get back so I can wear it. Will definitely be going back in the near future!!
