Mini Mart Dollar Store

I've been coming here since they opened... LONG LONG time ago. These guys are the best! I LOVE them😍

I have worked for City Charm, in Reading/West Reading. So I get customer service since that's what I did there. I definitely appreciate the customer service here. How everyone is treated fairly and warmly. And they remember my brand of cigarettes and even my neighbours brand. So I highly appreciate the customer service here and I am all for supporting local businesses! It's a nice store.

A good place to pick up general household needs at a good price. Their selection for a quick bite to eat is also on point! 👍

Truthfully, the most friendly staff I have ever known at any business. You can expect to have your name remembered every time you come in, just about. They have a great selection of things for any convenience store, at terrific prices. Customer service, bar Nunn.

He's always so friendly and nice.
If he's ever having a bad day while I'm there, I would be able to tell he's just having a bad day
because he always does his best to be nice to everyone.

Ben and Jay are amazing guys and always make sure to show such kindness to their customers. They also remember your name and greet you when you come in even if you haven't been in for a while. They are the best mini mart in Ephrata! Awesome place and people!

The staff at this store are some of the most upbeat and friendly people I've met in a long time, period. The store owner made it a point to ask my name and has remembered my name when I walk in the store. They have a variety of household items in addition to a fair sized offering of pantry grocery items. Conveniently located - super happy to be able to easily stroll there in lieu of going all the way to the grocery store, and grateful to always be met with such kindness and positivity when I come in to shop.

Jay and crew are always so friendly and always ask me about family members of mine that he has met. Always so helpful. I might not always open that door to walk in with a smile smile , but after a few short minutes, I leave smiling. Great prices

I love this store. The owner is an amazing guy who is always very friendly and is good for a laugh. The glass selection has grown as of recently and I enjoy just checking out each new piece.

I don't frequent this local store much but in all my experiences over 4yrs has been worthy of the 5 star rating I gave. Everytime I walk in the gentleman at the register greets the customers coming in and out. Very welcoming experience, which is important to customers. They have practically everything you'd need as a general store. Snacks, drinks, coffee, ice cream treats, cigarettes, "dollar store" level kids toys, household kitchen items, no alcohol, etc. I just never left the store unhappy from entrance to leaving.
The store is within walking distance downtown Ephrata. No weirdos hang around. Generally a safe place to stop in and shop and even chat.

I love Ben and Jay mini market store ! They knows names and care about everything and everybody . They will make sure you are alright . There no judgement . They always smiling always ! They always listen what you says. Very clean and friendly .Overall everything’s are perfect ! !!!! Ben and Jay you got many more years to keep your store open forever !

I've went there since I was like 13 its the best store to go to and ben and Jay are the most friendliest place you could find in ephrata and they have amazing products for good prices and they will always be honest with you

Hands down the best mini mart I've ever been to. The owner is so friendly he knows his customers by name and is never rude. The variety he has is great everything you could ever need.

The owner's are pretty nice. Gave my brother some free oreos and stuff. They've even loaned me a quarter LOL when I was 25 cents short. I brought one the next time. :)

Jay is the man! He knows everyone that comes in the shop and is always super friendly. Always recommend their shop to my friends.
