Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle location is always busy but the service is very quick! The employees at this location are amazing. They are always polite and respectful. We have ate her dine in and have ordered take out many times. My son is a student at IUP so he goes to this location a lot and when we go to visit we always stop by. One time, out of many, we ordered online and someone had taken our online order. When they realized what happened they immediately made our order and apologized. Thanks for the amazing service you continue to provide.

They didn't have any forks in the dining area, but it was a busy time of day, and they all were running around getting things done. I happily ate my bowl with a spoon. Haven't eaten here in years. Still great!

I was with an older gentleman that had just come from the hospital. He was recovering from his visit and was a bit under the weather still. The lady who waited on us was very kind, patient and considerate. Kudos to her and the folks making it happen. 👏

Only thing that could be better would be adding some Al Pastor or Lengua to the meat offerings

I love that I can order on the app and just pick my food up off the rack when I'm in a hurry. Especially because I will get text updates as soon as it's completed so I know it's fresh (and usually done early). They also have the best queso and chips!

I ordered Chipotle catering for the first time and I definitely plan to do it again. Everything was boxed up and ready to go as scheduled. The food was great (and plentiful!) and a big hit with our party guests. The staff helped me load it all into my car and made sure I had all the serving pieces, plates, napkins etc that we needed. I highly recommend taking advantage of this option if you're planning a party or small gathering!

this is my favorite chipotle. such kind workers and good food. always clean.

Great food with fast service!

The staff at this location are extremely hardworking. I come here often and I’m always greeted warmly with a smile. It’s always clean! Not to mention they are patient with customers who are not exactly polite.

I love coming here because they roll burritos to perfection. I felt as if I was eating a piece of art. Cannot wait to eat here again!

I frequently visit this Chipotle location and it is consistently great! The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous, the food is always delicious and, for being a quick service restaurant, is kept as cleanly as possible. You'll want to satisfy your hunger here!

We eat here twice a week normally. So much improved since they first opened. New management is awesome! Friendly staff, clean, fresh food! So happy they are in Indiana now.

This Chipotle may not have the widest variety, but it's darn yummy! The interior is super clean with a modern look, and the staff have all been lovely. I might not be able to afford Chipotle every day- but I wish I could!

It's always a pleasure to eat Chipotle the food is so delicious and fresh it was the same experience the food was absolutely fabulous and a girl she was a little skimpy on the rice and the chicken but I got extra lol but she was very nice very accommodating and it's always a pleasure to eat there never a bad experience love Chipotle also the new beverages are everything

The manager, Dave, is the absolute best in the industry. Had complications with orders, but once i spoke with Dave he made sure he handled everything and went above and beyond to make things right. Great guy. If you ever have issues with this chipotle, ask for Dave before posting any negative reviews. Give him a chance to fix things. 5 stars for you Dave.

Food and service - very good! We enjoyed the food so much that we eat there on our first day and had to go back when we wer leaving. Definitely would go back if we should visit again.

The service there is excellent! The staff is very friendly and most customers are of various ages, including IUP students!

It's Chipotle! The food is always great! The only thing I would mention is that when college isn't in session, like summer, winter or on Thanksgiving or spring break, the guacamole gets old and tastes like feet. When college is in session there is such high turnover that the food is always fresh and amazing.
