My father is in declining health and was struggling to get around so we decided to surprise him with a scooter. Bret and Elvin at UCANGO were very knowledgeable about all the options that would best meet his needs. After agreeing on a model we delivered it my father and it immediately brought tears to his eyes. It’s been great to see him regain some freedom and I can’t thank ucango enough for their professional input throughout the process!

When purchasing a ramp for a terminal family member, I had asked the owner if he will buy the item back if I cannot use it or if my family member were to pass away. He assured me that yes, he would. Two weeks ago my loved one passed, and I reached out to him to sell back the equipment as we had agreed on. He said that he wasn’t interested in buying back, and I can see now that everything he’d said previously was just a ploy to get me to purchase from him.

Very bad salesman. Told him we would get back to him the next day if we wanted a scooter and he sold it before we could get back to him. We were actually going to buy it but he didn't call us first to see if we wanted it so if you want one from him you better buy it right away or just don't go there.
