Exceptional service from Eric and Susan to rectify an unpleasant experience that I had recently. They both took time to listen and were sincere in helping me. Keep up the excellent customer service!

I was with Lehigh Valley Federal around 12+ then they merged with Peoples First FCU. I must say I have only Had the best customer service experiences. Toni, Hope and all the CSRs. Always make it a pleasant experience. Love my PFFCU Downyflake.

Not sure why I gave 2 stars, maybe cuz of the friendly tellers. Was there today for something I NEED to get done with member services. Totally useless and got to talk to no one...was so aggravated I left................. Update....found an appointment and got all my business taken care of quickly with a very friendly TAZEEN JAMSHED! She was wonderful!! AND very patient and helpful with my 94 year old dad whose business we needed to address....THANK YOU TAZEEN!!!!

I had THE BEST experience with Cheryl for my car loan. She was professional, friendly, and you can tell that she really cares about helping people. She patiently walked me through every step of the process, and called to follow up with me the next day, when I had to go to the dealership and pick out my car. We had to make a few adjustments, which she did very quickly, and I was able to drive my new car home the next day! I would absolutely recommend People First to anyone looking for a no hassle, pleasant loan experience with no hidden fees.

Deborah Koons is the epitome of excellence. Her knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. Deborah has helped in resolving any issues when needed. I have yet to experience anything less than perfection. Truly I recommend her to anyone working with People First. Overall, she is phenomenal and great to deal with!!!

I have been a member of People First Credit Union al of my life. I had to come in today to change my address and cancel a debit card and get a new one because of a charge that I did not recognize. Again, everything went smoothly, and I am very happy with the service that I received. Audrey was fantastic and very helpful!

I needed a personal loan for the closing costs of a home we are trying to buy and the Product Specialist, Angelica Rosado, was more than helpful in getting me the loan in less than 24 hours! She also helped me refinance my auto loan at a rate that was twice as good as what I current had. I could not be happier with her and People First and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again for all of your help.

I've been a member since April, 2016. I, never had a problem with any of my accounts, or loans. The only thing I, don't like is the ATM machines. Some machined let you deposit a check or cash, without any envelop and some do. I, prefer without the envelope. Great credit union.

I have been a member/account holder of PFFCU since I was born, and have always been satisfied with their rates and banking policies. However, for the past year or so there has been a dramatic shift in the staff at the locations that we go to (Bethlehem & Downyflake) and a definite shift in customer service. I believe some policies have changed as well (frustration with “holds” being placed on large amount checks, that was never an issue in the past). But today I went into the Downyflake branch lending department to clear an issue with car transfer payments/proof of insurance, etc., and was greeted by Cheryl Scott (who happened to be standing by at the front desk). She immediately took me to her office and resolved all of my issues in such a professional and kind manner. She even went further and got to know a little about me, my family, and our finances, and gave me such honest, down-to-earth advice and information that was such a help to me. I truly appreciate genuine “customer service” and Cheryl definitely has renewed my confindence in People First Credit Union because she literally puts “people first”. She even followed up with a phone call later in the day to confirm the transactions we spoke about. I highly recommend her and will be requesting her for any future lending/loan/financial advice.

Always best branch but they moved down street from 8th Ave.. on corner end Catasauqua rd.. there are about 4 businesses where Rite Aid used to be!

I'm surprised viewing all the negative reviews. I've been apart of this bank for several years and have never had a problem. Every time I have gone, or called they answer all my questions promptly and have taken the correct actions when they have seen something incorrect on my account. I love people first! 🙌

I had a wonderful experience and successful refinancing of my car with Catherine Hanna. Very knowledgeable and professional and very personable. I felt trust throughout the experience- and I was a walk-in and didn’t wait !!!

They answered any question I asked and also went out of their way to explain and highlight things for me that I didn't fully understand. EVERY interaction with EVERY staff member has been professional, helpful and friendly Customer service seems to be an afterthought for so many industries, including banking. I love the credit union, even though their customer service sucks sometimes, if you are unhappy with something they will try to fix it. I complained about not having VCC holds on my banking page and it was fixed. Thank you PFFCU. You've been there for me. The VCC holds are in italics in your debit column. Thanks for fixing that.

Everyone that I have encountered via phone or in person have always been friendly and courteous. I have never had any bad customer service. I would refer my family and friends to open an account with this bank.

I have been a member of people first FCU for a very long time and I have never had a problem. I also worked for them Many years ago. I enjoyed working for them and will continue to be a member of this credit union.
