It was easy to get a unit, the manager is very nice and makes it easy for me to make my payments online and the units aren’t being charged a whole lot. The prices are very reasonable.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to store my things.. From day one I felt welcomed and comfortable ..more importantly I felt safe and confidant that's my things were safe. The units were clean and spacious when I didn't get to upgrade it was available..no waiting or drama...Paul is SUPER Awesome.. friendly and professional .. he was helpful and understanding and if I needed anything at all I knew he was there to help however he could if by chance he wasn't in site he was a phone call away. Thank you Paul!! You made the storage unit experience worth it..I would definitely rent with West valley storage again! I recommend to everyone needing a storage unit to rent here! This place is great! Normally I don’t leave reviews, however this place honestly deserves one. I intentionally purchased a storage unit to store some stuff, the person who helped was very honest and made the whole process a breeze. I would highly recommend choosing this place as your trusted storage unit to store all belongings.

I have been renting the storage here for more than 6 years and just recently moved out to a closer location. But I would recommend this place to anyone 100%. Also, Paul was a great manager and a very honest person, and always take good care of the tenants.

Seriously the best storage experience. The people here are friendly they care about providing a good service at a reasonable rate on like so many other places that are jacking up their prices just because they can. I have used these guys off and on over the years and always reasonable always a great experience the guy that runs the place is super nice and I highly recommend.

We originally picked this place because of the price and location. But we were very happy with it for the few years we were there. We had indoor units and everything stayed safe and clean. Didn’t jack up the prices after a short time like a lot of places do. I liked the auto payment option and how easy it was to deal with anything with the office.

Paul made everything easy and did it with a friendly attitude. He showed me the different storage units and helped me pick one out based on my needs. Paul explained everything in detail such as hours of operation, pricing, and how automatic withdrawals worked. He set up my automatic withdrawls. Paul also helps if you're having trouble opening and closing your unit and keeps an eye on whose coming in and out! All I had to do was move in and that's how it should be! Thanks again Paul you did a great job! I will recommend this place to everyone!

Paul was amazing in every way he was insightful and helpful and outgoing very good business and customer service skills I would hire him away from this place in a hot minute if possible. I have rented a unit here for almost 2 years and I have zero complaints. It's clean, well taken care of, and secure. I've always had a great experience with the staff as well. Paul is so helpful and makes sure your unit is safe and secure and that everything you need is taken care of. 100% would recommend this place.

We’ve rented a unit for the past 2 1/2 years and have no complaints! It was easy to set up our rental and never had any issues when needing to get into our unit. The security was also great and I didn’t have to worry about my unit getting broken into with the heavy duty locks they sell and the security gate they have in the front. It was also a great experience when we cancelled our rental because Paul who worked in the front office helped me throw some items away in their dumpster. Will definitely be using them again for my future storage needs!

I have had my unit for over a year. I think the staff are so sweet and understanding and helpful. I was very happy with the size and cost of my unit. Before I moved into the area. Storage Star West Valley was the first place I went to. It felt very secure with high fence and cameras running 24/7. Its in a great location. It’s a cross of a gas station and next to a Family Dollar and a car washing area. It’s one of the best places to storage things you don’t need at home. Long term and short term wise.

The prices are reasonable and they also have an awesome guy working there named Paul. He’s always there from Monday to Friday from open to close. He has great customer service skills and he’s familiar with his customers, very understanding and has a great sense of humor.

Aside from that. I would highly recommend anyone to use this Storage location. I had a unit there for almost a year and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if needed. 😉😇

We have been here for 2 years and they have taken great care of us. They worked well with late payments and fees are very reasonable. I oy have good to say about this place. Paul the manager is a great guy friendly informative and easy to work with.

We had our home up for sale and needed a place to store things while we waited to move. This place fit the bill perfectly. The staff was always friendly, and were very efficient when it came to paperwork. The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and we were able to move in without a single hitch. During the several months we used the facility, we didn't have any problems - entering and exiting is easy, and there were never any obstacles in the driveways. The place was always clean and well kept. When it came time to collect our belongings and move out, it took about five minutes in the office to complete the paperwork, and we were on our way. Should we ever need a storage unit again in the future, we will be coming back here.

Paul is amazing to work with and westvalley storage is about $40.00 cheaper than anywhere else around the area.

I used West Valley Storage in the past when I lived in West Valley. It changed management after it was sold. I no longer needed a unit at the time. But it was a very pleasant experience with both owners. Today I went back to get a new unit due to new changes in my life. I spoke with office manager Paul and, signed the papers. Everything was as pleasant and, friendly as I remember. I am happy to have came back.

Great customer service, accidentally called them by mistake, trying to figure out my storage unit problems. They gave me step by step instructions on what to do with my original storage unit. Thank you for the help
