I’ve read the previous reviews and there are a lot of negative comments about the pharmacy staff but I’ve seen how hard the staff works. I’ve even seen the pharmacist work very quickly to fill orders. They are short staffed and are trying the best they can. The pharmacy staff needs to be recognized for how hard they work and they do make customers a priority. Z and the pharmacist, Steven are dedicated to their jobs and they need to be recognized for it.

I think this team went beyond what is expected of them in the pharmacy. They were busy, but professional and so kind. I made a mistake in making an appointment for flu shots with the wrong date for 1 of 2 children. They could have said no to the one child. They could have easily said no because they were busy and needed to close. They could have the said no to both, because of extreme squeamishness (a great understatement) the children have about getting shots to the point they cried aloud or ran away (around the store). Instead of shaming, the children were showered with great encouragement from all the customers that reassured and rallied around them. The pharmacist herself, Sarah I believe, was FULL of grace. The children actually said they were glad that they got their flu shots after it was all over.

I am not sure what her name was but around 7:30pm today I needed to send money to my sister and it got complicated and she helped me figure it out perfectly. Usually situations like that would be stressful but throughout the chaos she was calm and very friendly. I don't usually write reviews but she was very good at her job.

I have nothing but good to say about Walgreen's store and pharmacy! Over the years, I have even developed friendships with many of the employees, just by shopping there. The pharmacy takes care of my scripts with prompt professionalism, detail and kindness-filled courtesy! They even include the discount Rx card (without me even asking,) since I currently have to pay cash out of pocket. I used to go to CVS, but Walgreen's quick, thorough & caring service both won me over & keeps me here! Jenna is one amazing pharm tech! She never has to ask my name! Now that's caring! :)

Very clean store everything is very neat, and the fact that the store is 24hr with a 24hr pharmacy is awesome. I had an amazing experience at this store when I went to print out a photo. I was helped by Kelly, I have to tell you she is the perfect example of what true customer service is and should be. I had no idea that I was doing and she didn't judge me or spoke to me in a smart way(you know what I mean). She was extremely helpful and courteous and walked me through the whole process, I what a great and valuable employee. Walgreens you should thank Kelly for her outstanding customer service she is the reason why I will go here instead of the other place that's just seconds away from this store.

Went to pick up a last minute script. Had to pay out of pocket for my medications,already knowing it was going to be expensive. With out even hesitating, the girl-Tasha added in a discount card for me and saved me $130. So nice! She was awesome. Speedy service, and friendly staff in the pharmacy! Thank you!! 😁

The pharmacist (whose name I don’t remember but I believe she was Indian) was so nice and helpful. I’ve never had a better experience with a pharmacist. She was great and deserves recognition.

Fantastic customer service ! well stocked with supplies. Photo center folks were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure we get the best passport size photo taken. They didn’t mind taking multiple pics to our satisfaction. Fantastic customer service !

They’re great. They know me by name and proactively help coordinate with doctors and insurance companies. It’s not uncommon to hear, “Hello Mr... I just called your doctor this morning about...”

The pharmacist, Mike is always courteous and professional. Regardless if he is busy, he always takes the time to fully answer my questions and concerns.
