I got to this location once and sometimes more than once a day . Everyone has always been helpful and friendly no matter how busy they are

Typical Turkey Hill, however this one does not have gas or a MTO deli. Great place just to stop and grab a snack or drink.

Cheapest for cigs for sure!! And they accept Marlboro coupons!! The only reason they get 2 stars is, for not letting their customers use the bathrooms??!! 🤬?? What kind of service is that?? The guy said “there are a lot of bad people around here”, I said “I’m not a bad people”. He smiled and said “I know”. If u don’t want drugs and homeless people in your bathrooms - get a lock keep the key w you, and let good people who buy things at your store to use the bathrooms!! Very disrespectful and make me sad 😢 cuz I love 💗 everything else about this store!!

Horrible employees at the register, I am a regular customer. It’s snowing outside and I was asked for my ID. I came back after walking back through the snow and a young Spanish girl with glasses refused my sale. There was also loud Spanish music blasting from a speaker that isn’t a store speaker. 0/10

Absolutely terrible. More like an inconvenience store. 2 clerks and one manager on duty, the one clerk is looking at pictures on her phone with another "customer" the other clerk is making grunting noises, burping, and loudly chewing on something, the manager is having a casual conversation on his phone. When I'm finally waited on by "chewy", he can't figure out how to ring up a gift card and has to ask the manager for help. The manager looks at ME as if I interrupted his daughter's wedding, looks at the card, then me and says, "yea, these dont work." Another customer who is waiting on the other clerk to get off her phone, looks at the manager and makes a gesture at the clerk HE's waiting on and if to say, "excuse me, can I get a little help?" The manager snaps at him and sternly says "Sir, you need to calm down", then walks away to resume his own phone conversation apologizing only to the person he's on the phone with saying, "sorry babe, what were you saying?"
If I didnt know any better, I would have thought I was on an episode of Candid Camera".

Erica, who is a supposed manager of sorts, can not or will not assist you in righting an error that either she or one of her employees made. Charging EBT card, claiming it didn't charge. Shown on EBT application that the charge went through, the cashier still refused me my purchased items. After hours on the phone, and nearly a week of bother, Erica said that I am rude, and hung up on me. I've never had a worse experience with any Turkey Hill in my life. I'll be going in often starting now. I say: don't bother to boycott, rather just be a bother. No time to be nice? No time to be fair? Erica and her employees have all the time in the world. They will need it because I am just so darn clumsy.
