Turkey hill always sell foods,drinks , magazines and other things. Organize and they has hot coffee. Great and wonderful teamwork. Qualities products is great customer services. Nice customer appreciation .

Excellent service at night. Store is 24hr store. I work 3rd shift at Turkeyhill 870 Manor Street, Lancaster, PA.

Constantly out of stock on roller grill items, cheese, chili, nachos and the employees are incredibly rude. I only come here because it's less than a block from where I live

Most of the time the staff are polite and don't yell at me to leave my backpack like this girl working the register on 2/29 did. I had on work uniform and my hat and have no reason to take anything. I told her nevermind and she said in a very rude tone "Okay". Must feel nice not to care you ran away a customer. Get an attitude adjustment

This Turkey Hill is the closes to me. I stop quite often and the other day I stopped there and their were 3 young ladies there one had the music blaring through a speaker and it was the most inappropriate cursing and so loud you had to scream for the person behind the register. There was a young lady behind the counter from the time i walked in till the time i left she never took her eyes off her phone. I was parked right outside the front door and i had seen people open the door then not enter and walked out. I was one of those people. 3 people working but had no coffee made and the music was so inappropriate I just left and went a mile down the road. I am so relieved that I had made that choice. I really like and do most of all my quick stops at Turkey Hill. But I stay far away this one

All employees lack customer service skills. Every single time I go in, the employees are on their phones. FaceTime none the less, last time I was in. Completely inappropriate conversations going on while customers are in the store, f bombs, and all while minors are in the store. By far the worse Turkey Hill I've ever been to! Save your time and go to Hershey Ave location!

Second time in a 1 week period I’ve gone here only to find this really ambiguous sign on the front door, while their Google listing still shows “open 27/7”. I understand the need to close early, but not defining a new set of hours and not updating your public listings with accurate hours is not helpful.

This Store Has Literally Went to Hell Within The Last 2 Years the staff is rude and they never have anything in stock. Eating while working as customers are trying to get in and out this store is absolutely a joke better off driving a mine down the street to the one across from manor shopping center atleast they have customer service skills

I have been calling since 6am and nobody answers I lost my work shirt getting out the car in there parking lot just wondering if they found it smh

I'm a driver and stopped in to use the bathroom but was told it's not a public bathroom. I guess I should be happy because the entire store was so filthy that I was afraid of what the bathroom looked like.

Because they like to be on their phones to call people's , with bad customer service attitude , because you have to have good customer service attitude but they don't they say that they are a five-star Turkey Hill but I do not think so.
