Weis Markets

I went in today to get some items for myself and my sweet kitty. I had some issues with self checkout, I accidentally hit finish and pay when I wasn’t done… duh me. The lady working the self checkout was BEYOND AMAZING. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She came to assist me with the machine when my dumb self pressed the wrong button and still had items to scan. She literally stayed with me the entire time, and helped me bag the remaining items, and double bagged some of my bags to guarantee they didn’t rip. I feel sometimes staff that do self checkout aren’t always helpful or seem annoyed. However this sweet kind soul went above and beyond!! Thanks so much!!!

I had to come on here and add to my review, this Weis continues to impress me and go above and beyond. I went in today and needed a last minute thing of cupcakes with whipped icing which I didn’t even know that whipped icing was refrigerated please no judgement. Erica in the bakery, put together something so nice for me and didn’t even complain or argue that my dumb self needed something so last minute. Eric you will forever be a hero, you rock!!!! The staff at this store really know how to support and help their customers. I will continue to go here!

Now this is my other house too..lol...This supermarket is warm friendly they always have everything u need..it's neat and clean..I'm friends with almost all the employees there...BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE ❤❤❤❤❤

The associates are nice people. I was in a hurry to get home and accidentally left something behind. I called and when I told them what it was, they held it for me. I greatly appreciate it!

Excellent neighborhood grocery store. It may not have 10 different katsups, but do you really need 10? 4 is enough. Everyone that works there that i have interacted with has been friendly and helpful

I go here every week and go through the self checkout but this week was the first time, anywhere, that the person working around the self checkout introduced herself and said to let her know if she needed any help so that was cool.

We had a family Christmas gathering back on December 10th 2022. We ordered a festive holiday cake for the party. Everyone LOVED it! It tasted amazing and looked great. If you need a cake/cupcakes, go talk to Erika at the bakery!

My doctor looked it up and said they have the best prices in Lancaster for prescriptions. I was going to the most expensive CVS.

Awesome staff except for one lady In the wine 🍷 and 🍻 beer side. She is no people person and I have overheard others complaining about her as well. Sad, damn near 50 and acting like she 4.

Very stocked. Went yesterday they didn't have the water I wanted and went today and it was back. Inflation sucks with prices but all around very well put together store.

They are well organized, good customer service and wonderful customer care, they have great sales prices on stationary of note books and other products. They sell great all food prices are modernly low and some high quality prices too. Amazing nice staffs, excellent employees and management .They have large parking spaces and a handicap space too.

Omg this store is my favorite as far as bakery items lots of new items and I think her Name is erika is amazing in customer service and her cake decorating is amazing highly recommend stopping in and seeing her for your cake needs update this store seems to be going down hill went to customer service this morning lady was rather rude instead of asking what cigarettes I wanted she said to go tell a cashier then the poor cashier clearly knew nothing about cigarettes I had to tell her . Times what kind so we perceeded with our purchase then picked up a few items on my way out stopped to get lottery and it was completely empty come on you all can do better!!! Bakery is still the best place in the whole store

Love this weis . There seafood salad is the best. Prices are fair store is clean . I highly recommend shopping here . It's in a great location as well . Most of the people who work here are friendly helpful and awesome especially Tara 😜

I usual don't go to weis for birthday cakes I'm definitely a Stauffer birthday cake lover, but I made an exception this time and went to weis at 1204 Millersville Pike, Lancaster, PA 17603. It was by far the best cake I've ever got for the price of a half sheet I've ever gotten before. You can really tell that this person put her heart into it. The person that did my cake is Taj if you need a cake done I'd recommend her, not only did she do a wonderful job on my cake but she also gave me a comfortable experience and was very friendly. I'll definitely get my cakes from there from now on. Least as long as she's there. Thanks for the good work👏👍

Wonderful place to shop! Great prices, love that they double coupons and mail/e-mail coupons for products you usually buy. The gas point are a perk and love that you can use them to save more on your grocery bill. Would recommend Weis Market to all friends and family.

I shop at Weis basically once a week, sometimes more. I have few complaints. Their prices are reasonable, the staff does it's best to be helpful. The only complaint I have is that their self-checkout machines can be annoying.
