I found out in the middle of peak season that my hotel's crawl space was home to a humongous hornet nest, and the critters were invading a couple of hotel rooms up above. Hardly a great guest experience. I called a few companies who told me to my dismay that they were booking four to six weeks out. Millers did too, initially, but then the nice lady on the phone noticed on her screen that the owner himself happened to be doing work in my town that day. I lucked out big time.

Lo and behold, an hour or two later he showed up, extremely friendly and professional, to take care of the situation. Explained a thing or two about hornets and how to prevent issues like these moving forward. All for a reasonable rate.

Millers have been very professional and reliable. They have come every two weeks to treat and the last three visits they have found minimal activity and none on the last visit. Despite the non cooperation and rudeness of the tenants they have done a great job.

I cannot recommend Miller's Pest Control enough. When I called the woman who answered the phone and made my appointment was very nice and did her best to get me booked as soon as possible during a very busy season for inspection on a possible cockroach infestation.
Bret the technician arrived early in the window of time I was given and was very knowledgable and extremely kind. He inspected our home and didn't find any evidence of an infestation nor a presence of cockroaches. I didn't have a specimen but with the help of google images, Bret was able to quickly and accurately identify the type of roach I was seeing given my description and the nature of how and where I was seeing them. He was happy to give us the good news that this was not the roach type (wood roach) that typically causes infestations and truly prefers to live outside. With his recommendation of patching a hole we've had in our window screen as a possible source of entry we haven't seen a roach in our home since. He was also extremely generous in waiving the fee since he was confident in not having to apply any services but said to call if we were seeing more in high numbers and they would be back right away to set up extermination. My family was lucky in that our situation was not an infestation but given the experience I am confident that the services would have been done with expert quality.

I’ve used Millers a number of times (rodents, boxelder and most recently yellow jackets) and they are excellent! Super knowledgeable and get the job done! Highly recommend!

My wife and I came home from a vacation to our roommate having found a bed bug. We called Miller's the next morning and had a tech over for an inspection within half an hour! Inspection found more signs of bugs.

Literally hours later we received an email that they had a cancellation the next day and could get over to our house for a treatment if we prepared. They provided a thorough checklist of things to do, which, while no small amount of work, helped us get ready in time for the treatment the next day.

Techs were prompt and courteous. Treatment can be a little pricey, but the alternative is...a bed bug infestation. A couple weeks after initial treatment the techs came back for a follow up (included in treatment cost) wherein they would inspect, and then re-treat if necessary. Fortunately additional treatment was not necessary in our case.

Every step of the way the techs and the people in the office were happy to answer our numerous paranoid, overly-thorough questions and made a painful process as painless as they could. Would call again--hopefully won't have to!

I found evidence of bug damage in my wall at my home last fall. I had another company look at the issue and give me an estimate but they wanted to setup a expensive multi-part treatment plan. I also asked Millers to come take a look. They were very helpful to review my damage and every returned a second time after I had opened up the wall further. We found that the problem was carpenter ants. They sprayed the problem area and also setup a one time treatment for the spring when ants would return. They were very helpful and professional and after their treatment I haven't had any more problems with ants.

I highly recommend Miller Pest Control. They were on time and reasonable in price. They had to come back because of unexpected consequences with my wasp problem and were very professional. They stuck with their original quote even though their technician Dan worked long and hard to resolve my problem. I felt they should be compensated for his time and offered to pay more. Lori in their office would not accept it and stuck with the original quote. Now that is the kind of business I respect. I have hired them to do an early wasp spray next May and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

My wife messaged Miller's Pest Control about a hornet's nest in our attic. Miller's called back within a few hours and scheduled us for the following week. Their technician, Mr. Beckner, came out as scheduled and sprayed the hornets' nest. The hornets were gone within a day or two and never returned. Miller's and Mr. Beckner both called back afterward to check on the issue and see if it had been resolved. This company is very responsive and very professional. They offer an excellent value for the money. Miller's really went above and beyond in helping us. They explained the type of pest and its behavior, and gave us options to deal with it. We are very pleased with their service.

Update 8/25/20: Millers was very responsive to our problem. I jot a call from Jordan and we scheduled another treatment. Kyle treated around the house and inside this time. He also sprayed a large tree a few yards from our house that he thinks has the main colony in it. They were quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. Kyle answered all my questions, explained the process and how the ants were most likely getting in.

We had Miller come to spray for ants. To get our business they were very responsive. We were clear of ants for about two weeks, then the ants went nuts and now we have more than ever and in more areas of the house. I’ve left three messages but get no response. They called back once, left a message and haven’t picked up the phone since. I will happily update this bad review if they will come out and fix whatever they did.

Miller’s has done our pest control for several years and we have always been happy with their service. They customize to your pest control needs with good results. We recently had a wedding reception in our backyard and the mosquitoes were worse than expected. They literally rearranged their schedule on a moment’s notice so they could help us out just hours before the event. Highly recommend them!

Kyle Miller provides amazing service. Prompt, friendly, reasonably priced. We call his service person in my area "Dan the Man" because not only do my spider issues COMPLETELY disappear, my dogs are very happy when he comes out. I live in a wooded area and the pests stay outside where they belong, not in my home. I have the year round service and have only had to call for an extra visit once in the beginning. Best money I’ve spent.

Great service, great people! Everyone, from (owner) Kyle to Danny, Lori and Jordan, is knowledgeable, helpful and caring! If you have an issue, they work with you to create the best plan to eliminate your problem. And they NEVER try to sell you more. We’ve been with Millers for years and wouldn’t even consider going somewhere else. We would recommend them without hesitation!

We had a very persistent nest of yellow jackets in our siding and Miller’s didn’t give up until the bees were totally gone. It took a few tries, but Miller’s stayed on top of it, didn’t charge us extra, and did the job right. I’d highly recommend them. Thank you for excellent customer service and getting rid of the yellow jackets.

Danny and Kyle and Laurie are so on point. I have been dealing with a nightmare rodent infestation and these guys have not only logistically dealt with the issue, they have also provided priceless emotional support through what has been a really unnerving experience. These guys are kind, professional and so skilled. They have shown up off schedule basically just to reassure and support me. I’ve worked mostly with Danny and he is so friendly, helpful and also able to add humor to what would otherwise be one of the worst experiences of my life as a homeowner. I cannot recommend Millers Pest Control enough.

SO thrilled with discovering this locally owned business! We recently purchased a home that was unfortunately very poorly maintained and (among MANY issues, hah) ended up having a major mouse infestation. Well, after calling some larger franchises and not receiving timely callbacks or terribly informative phone calls, we found Miller via a Google search...and all I can say is, thank GOODNESS the other businesses weren't a fit because Miller is wonderful. They're always prompt with callbacks, their office staff is personable and lovely to speak to, their prices are extremely reasonable, AND the service people who come out to your home are professional, kind, informative, and effective. Sydney (sp?) has been out to handle the rodent issue and after a couple of bait station "top-ups" we no longer have mice (yay!). They're coming back to seal up the access points on the house and we've already signed up for their quarterly service package which is insanely inexpensive for all the services that are provided. We also have a ladybug infestation (yes, really), and are going to have them come out in the fall when it's the season to handle that. If you have any exterminator needs, this is your place.

We had a carpenter ant problem at our home. The Miller team explained the problem, the solution and gave me a timetable and what to expect. The work was done and the ants were gone almost immediately, well before the advised timetable. Amazing service, super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Miller’s Pest Control is a great local business that is a pleasure to deal with…..always on time at a reasonable expense. Our ant and wasp problems have been eliminated! We always welcome Dan into our home when it’s time for our scheduled treatment - he’s a real professional!

Kyle and his team are legit.

We bought a home in Williston in 2015 and quickly realized we were dealing with a number of pest issues. We had mice, chipmunks, flying ants and flies. We found Millers Pest Control online, gave them a call and signed up for quarterly management services.

Kyle Miller immediately came over and went to work. He eliminated our flying ant infestation on his first visit, advised us on how to get the chipmunks out from living under our garage (which worked) and began addressing our mice issue.

He uncovered numerous entry points for the mice we never would have found on our own and Kyle didn't hesitate to do whatever was necessary to close those entry points for us as part of his service, which included literally crawling underneath our house multiple times. The mice issue has been an ongoing battle, they always seem to find other ways in, but Kyle always finds out their new tricks and shuts them down. We have been mice free now for over a year.

Most recently we called on Kyle to help with our mosquito issue. We live near a creek and are surrounded by thick woods and it's been impossible to be outside in the summer months without being eaten alive. So we called Kyle for help. Kyle came and sprayed our woods line and bushes around our home with a safe mosquito treatment. Since that same day I have not seen a single mosquito in our yard. As an added bonus that same treatment kills ticks as well.

On top of all this, Kyle and his team are just great people. They are honest, down to earth, hard working and care about you as a client.

When I first called, I was given a diagnosis (blow flies) over the phone. Admittedly, being stressed about leaving for two weeks and worried that the issue would persist, I gave a bad review at first. But Millers Pest Control immediately rectified the situation. Laurie scheduled me for the next day to have an inspection done. Dave did a thorough inspection and (in my opinion) went above and beyond to try and determine where the source of the issue was coming from and was very professional. I even received a discount for the initial confusion/phone diagnosis. They truly care about their reputation and along with that comes truly caring about their customers. These days, customer service like that is hard to find. Most companies shrug it off and never make it right with the customer, but not Millers Pest Control! If you have an issue, they will give you the best short-term and even long-term solutions! 10/10 would recommend.

High praises for Miller's professionalism and value. We initially called for a bat issue. Within a day they came over, and after a thorough inspection, found that the two bats that had gotten into our house must have flown in when the door was open, since there was no way of them getting into the house. They did not charge us, and there was never a bat again. A few weeks later we called them for a bee issue at our place of business, and within a day they came and took care of the issue in a very professional way. They are our go to people now for pest control. Very friendly, kind people that are easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
